our rugby systems from junior level to club level i feel is world class oh yes for sure......
we just need to realign our focus get the systems in place and change our mindset and pattern on all senior levels.....within 2 to 3 years we will be back up there i feel
saru needs to man up make the hard calls and we will benefit in the long run
no overseas based players would be a great start and offcourse a new coach and new background staff
we need to evolve the players conditioning and skillsets.
we need to identify our top 100 players and place them all on the world best conditioning programs with the best minds in the sports science industry
couple that with a new playing pattern what will be our style going forward we will dominate again. we will lose a few games here and there but this is where we need to keep the faith in the process

Exactly ... not healthy at all ... not while Meyer and the other stooges are at the helm.

Some drastic changes are needed.

85 to 90% of the deadwood must be cut away.

The score line against the All Blacks isn't a fair reflection on just how dominant they were over the Goats.
