Nothing stupid about it at all.

There is a big difference between a team and a single man's momentum being disrupted. 

It really is rather simple to understand. 

At least you've seen the stupidity of referring everything for review as you originally wanted.

Are you being serious here..... really?
You think momentum changes and momentum is totally different just because it's a rugby team playing as a unit, and not the best bowler in the world or a single player playing a sport?
You think a 5 minute rain delay in tennis does not have an impact on individual momentum?
You think a 10 minute time delay does not have any impact at all on a word champion dart players momentum?
If a rugby team loses momentum, which results in them not scoring a winning try, please explain how that "big difference" you state here, comes into the equation between these two sports when a tennis player loses momentum and fails to hit that winning point.....

CC is just being dumb here, to try and prove some invalid point, he has resorted to posting the crap that he has above.
All it does is show him up for the stupid idiot he really is

There is apparently a "Big Difference" between team momentum and singles, doubles, etc etc
So let's sum this awesome theory of CC's up then shall we:
If, as a single playing sportsman, my momentum is forcibly changed and prevents me from scoring that winning shot in tennis, or that last dart to get my winning double or 180 because my eye is in....., or that awesome stride to score a tenpin strike, that perfect length ball to get that hat trick, that last ball 6 to win the game because my eye is in......blah blah blah
These are all very different....... because in rugby, it's a team game manne..... a team game and missing that winning try in a team game is very different to all of the other winning shots or actions mentioned above................ Yeah ok CC

 A teams moment is fcked-up much more if they concede 7 points off a non-try...bummer. At the same time, I also don't want too much disruption during a match, but clear errors should be prevented.

If that rugby team you mentioned above conceded 7 points because of a non try due to lost momentum and lost out on a championship series or world cup because of it..... how is that different to Federer losing the US Open because of a small rain delay and losing his momentum with one more point to win, and loses his service because of it and his opponent is let back into the game to win it?
Why is a team f----d up much more, compared to single player.
Is it because more people are affected at once in a team, as apposed to a single player.
What you are saying does not make sense to me .......... 

 That's not what I meant.Yes, stoppages can cost an attacking team momentum, but a defending team will be affected worse (will lose much more match momentum...7 points against them), if a try gets awarded against them in error. It stands to reason that the momentum lost due to a referal is much less significant than a wrongly awarded try against the defender...or put differently: Stopages is less detrimental to the game of rugby than errors in officiating that directly influenced the result.I'm 100% in favour of some sort of referal system that can curb uman error a bit.

 Rugby is not bent, but needs some fixing
