Hate is an emotion. A very strong emotion and it usually shows itself when
specific conditions are met.
A person who doesn't believe in something won't express himself in a hateful
manner. He will simply dismiss it as nonsense and move on.
For example ... I do not believe that kissing a frog would result in it
turning into a prince or princess, and so will not waste my time debating it. I
certainly won’t become heated and argue endlessly about it.
An atheist believes in something and saying he doesn’t is a lie. He believes
that God doesn't exist and he’s prepared to defend his belief with all his might. It usually ends up becoming heated, which I would say meets all the
requirements for hate to show its face. Hate of his debating opponent
and hate of the subject matter ... in this case Jesus or God.
Atheists are God haters ... haters of Jesus Christ ... of that there’s no
doubt ... and funny enough, the Christian takes the brunt of their attacks. Not Muslims
or Mormons or Buddhists ... it’s always the Christians under fire.
Makes one wonder. Are we onto something?
Muslims have been saying things about our faith forever. It means nothing to
me and I certainly won’t cause a ruckus because of some foolishness I don’t
agree with.
BlueBok ... so ... as far as I can tell .. you don’t believe in God cause
you can’t touch him or see him ... or hear his voice, right? And that’s good
enough reason for you to reject Him?
Really? Surely there's more to it than that?
Wow!!! I didn’t realize you were so shallow.
