Beeno is rumored to be creating a face book page & to be hyperactive on twitter as he leads a misguided (some would say delusional) campaign against all refs - born & not yet born).  We are hopeful that medication will work miracles

John Smit you are an example in this matter to all CEO's of Sa franchises. Would that the dope wakefield would stir himself to act to say something - eg after the Stormers/ blowhards game!! W hat a farcical result that was!!!

After some incredibly poor performances of all the 4 SA teams playing, the blame is on the refs.

I was extremely critical of the SA teams this weekend - I think that poor team performances should never be excused.  However, when a referee made blatant mistakes - like Hoffman has been making repeatedly during matches that sore should eb dealt with as well.
if teams under-perform players are dropped - if referees foul up, why should it jsut be ignored?  

 Hoffman was terrible and so were the Sharks - Funny that, Smit saying one thing and Gold saying another.

 Let me put it bluntly - Smit has buggered up badly since he was appointed Sharks CEO.  That has had a serious impact on the Sharks Team.   Gold is the third Chief Coach he appointed since firing Plumtree - the first was Venter, followed by Jake White and Gold being the third.   Gold is a gentleman - but not a coach's ar se.  
The problem with the Sharks goes deep - what Smit and Venter has done was criminal.  They wasted money by recruiting three English Club rejects and to make it worse the duds also contracted a known failure in Waylon Murray.   That - together having duds like Alberts on their books caused havoc with their financial situation.  
White complicated issues by his favouritism towards players and the castigating of others destroying whatever semblance there was of a team spirit in the team.   The situation was so bad that the players coming up with renewal of their contracts refused to sign if White remains coach of the Sharks.  
The Sharks new from 2012 already there need to be a replacement programme for team renewal as a result of aging of players and that they must make sure that replacement players are faced in.   They did bugger-all about it and part of their problem at present is the geriatrics in the team.  Matter of fact a substantial number of players left the Sharks since 2012 because they were mostly not used, and those losses are biting the Sharks hard.  
The present scenario is totally the result of mismanagement and by the coach's negativity ever since Plumtree was replaced.   There still is no forward planing - end of story.

I have every reason to idolize Smit, he was 1st rugby captain at my school, the year ahead of me, he brought us a world cup trophy etc etc, but I think he does not know his arse from his elbow when it comes to running a business.  
I don't like to blame ref's for this and that, and our teams were just plain shart this past weekend, but what he is saying in this report I do agree with. I hate it when my team loses, but I get over it. What gets me is blatant reffing mistakes costing teams matches, regardless of which teams it happens to. Victory or defeat should be the result of one team overcoming another, not crap refereeing!
