whatever steinlager - born and bred nth qld, schooled briso now reside in a place where fortunately not too many kiwis are................... I get on fine with some kiwis but the whole purpose of this thread is to establish WHY you kiwis don't play each other and put it on the line for an island of origin.... I have gotten multiple replys that has lead to a number of conclusions: 1. You're not passionate enough about where you come from - hence you all migrate to Australia 2. Bledisloe is the pinnacle of the sport in your eyes - where as from an Aussie perspective we don't care that much about it - and those who do care about it represent a very small percentage of the overall population - so youre kdding yourselves. 3. You kiwis are obviously too stupid to work out that a proper island of origin comp would be a massive highlight for NZ rugby and don't really like testing yourselves to the same degree as Australia on the sporting field... Anyway I'm satisfied with the answers I've received and got a new take on what makes the mind of a kiwi tick................. apart from sheep, wife beating and mud.......................................

Hard to believe your an Aussie coz theyre not complete spastics like you.

Sounds like some Kiwi has really kicked your sorry arse. That would've been really funny to watch.

Let us address a few of your points though.

1/ People migrate coz there not passionate about where they came from. Would that include your parents/grandparents or are you an Abo?

2/   Bledisloe is the pinnacle of the sport  - Well don't flatter yourself as the South Africa / New Zealand rivalry is heaps better than vying for any Bloodyslow Cup.

3/ a proper island of origin comp would be a massive highlight for NZ rugby and don't really like testing yourselves to the same degree as Australia on the sporting field...

Can't see any State of Origin rugby competition in OZ and yet you're advocating we have one. Laughable shit that.

Which means by your own reckoning you're too stupid to realise what a massive highlight that would be for Oz rugby.

Lol.  Redneck sure goes to a whole lotta effort to show us Kiwis how little he and his compatriots care for rugby. No doubt the irony of rednecks specious remonstrations are lost on his diminished faculties.  It's one of those peculiar dichotomies best illustrated in Queen Gertrudes line from Hamlet…..…"the lady doth protest too much, methinks".    There is nothing left to add that Sasu hasn't already provided to devastating effect.   Redneck has been so soundly routed that he is reduced to firing feckless pejoratives about the local economy in lieu of any genuine rugby related rebuttals. I expect rednecks next line of attack will be some cretinous remark about the state of NZ women.  Par for course I'm afraid when redneck is shown up for the barely literate imbecile we've all come to loathe.

1x Aussie poster and 30+ odd kiwi posters on this Saffa website... shows you how much aussies care about the sport in general..... For you ignorant small minded kiwis on here - posted same question and received an answered from a more cultured individual from your country - "Geez it was well before 80s and 90s, back in 60s and 70s (I know I know I an old prick) the North/South game was absolutely huge, every bit as important to kiwi rugby crowds than the SOO ever became here. North were quite often stronger, and if I remember correctly always wore black and South in white. Hell brings tears to eyes just remembering it!!!!" Dan54, Yesterday at 7:15 PM Report #365 Quoting Shakespere to impress who....? other kiwis??? hahahaha what a laugh nuke - you must extremely self-obsessed.... hahahaah

So fact is that kiwis did have this type of comp but in the interests of commercialisation and self-importance have strayed from their roots... like so many a kiwi who have left their shores....

Poor redneck ,still nothing to write about RE: aussie rugby eh ? well nothing good anyway ! Still cant count I see as Deans wasnt coach for 6 years so what hapened to the other 6 years of no Bledisloe ? As for North vs South games NZ played them decades before the boofheaded league players in OZ learned how to catch a bus across the border to play each other [ Aussies are marginally better at league by virtue of there being fewer players to confuse them ] Kiwi's prefer belting the aussies at Rugby as it gives the ABs a bit of a warm up before we play the Boks .Oh well theres allways the cricket eh redsman...oops !

Bugger isnt it Aussies arent any good at Rugby ,league ,basketball ,soccer, swimming ,cricket and so forth, with luck and a bit of application you guys might beat the Irish at Aussie Rules eh ?

Hope you enjoyed the lions series and the super15s !

Rwdsamn well done for attempting to educate te kiwi bird brains. Outside of rugby they achieve very little and are not really a sporting nation.  One world boxing champ ina  100 years! Bwahahahhahahahaha

They go on about their rugby record and in the most delusional way actually beleoive there is some cred in their record!!!!! That is patently absurd. To get a clearer picture of their reocord eliminate all tests where the abs have a nz ref and lets see the picture then. Their refs are the worlds worst with bryce lawrence - nz ref of the year - being about as bad as it could possiblly get - and booted of the IRB elite panel of refs but honoured by nz.

Ba nz refs and watch them take a severe nosedive.

Sorry kiwiws but youare living in a dream world - Bwahahahahahaha

Welcome to the board warped dud - hope you find it more interesting than than dull  place "backing black"!  This certainly is a place where erring kiwi bird brains are put right so I antipate you benefiting from te experience. Always keep a sense of humour and and respect your betters.

Thanks Beeno I've tried to be civilized and they just keep getting all kiwi on me.... It's quite humorous to see them all riled I will enjoy the day when either the wobs or boks do end up taking it to them in the only sport they are any good at or even can play.... As for comments re cricket from a kiwi.... Very very humorous.... mate I could get a game in the kiwi XI.... I'm not picking on kiwi cricketers as its not worth the effort.... I actually feel sorry for them...

Anyway I can only hope that link brings his exceptional dominant record v kiwis in s15 to the international stage.... Considering reds have consistently OWNED the kiwi s15 teams for years now.... Except for when Bryce and co are drafted in by the corrupt scared cheats at the nzru.....

Hey Cloudy ,Justwin ! Justwin I can empathise with you having been through that myself apart from the err..umm..meds its not good ! You should bend at the knees when picking up your wallet bro !

As for beanbrains stupid comment about refs ,how frigging stupid can you get ? Since the end of apartheid all ABs vs Boks games are played with neutral refs ya halfwit ,prior to that the boks either were unwelcome or didnt want to tour [unless they were allowed their own lick spittle ,bok captain hand shaking after scoring excusese for a ref ,although the modern SA refs have done a lot to clean up that disgusting legacy ] even if you took out games played in the apartheid era with NZ refs the ABS are still in front you moron !

Redsman ,when you finish cleaning the toilets and start vacuuming the bosses office you should put on a borrowed suit and take a selfie sitting in the bosses chair ! [ oops pre-empted your cunning plan eh ?] Unless your the CEO of CUB or XXXX drinking beer at work is usually frowned upon ,but as your actual job starts when the people with real jobs go home I suppose you could drink beer seing as your the only one there !

Warm welcome to the belle Cloudy. Glad to see you and warped dud took my advice and paid a visit here. All I ask is that you behave llike ladies and gentlemen here for such we all are - apart from the kiwis!!

Main thing is not to take things too seriously and to have a good laugh. I noted that the oaks on Backing black were a very seriously minded bunch. The kiwis here  all seem to me to be a bit unhinged for some reason. - perhaps its coming to grips with reality that is doing this?

Warped dud pelase oak you are getting off to a bad start. Please realise your very best ref - the nz ref of the year - was booted of the IRB elite panel of refs -says it all really. Bwahahahahahhahahaha

Sincerely wishing JustW a very speedy recovery - best take up bowls mate?

Next!

Beano1; thanks for the good wishes mate.

Posting & reading posts on here got me through the night :)

have to stop myself laughing about your posts (don't be too sensative, just ribbing you) only had the operation yesterday so laughing too loud is not recommended :)

must admit when I think of the Boks (1960s mainly) I don't think of brilliant backs. Wales, France yes, Boks no. Same style as Abs back then, basically, ie tank warfare. But we evolved & are flexible :)

My workmates and I were having a bbq by the pool last night and someone invited a Saffa family along. Lovely people, I heard the accent and asked if they were South African to which of course they replied yes, so I replied, "thats great, number 1...Well number 3 actually". Only took them literally 2 seconds  to figure out what I was on about and they thought it was well funny, to which they replied "So your Australian then!!!!"....Bastards!

-

Anyways it was a good night on my homemade cider and sid with some huge steaks and like this SA beef sausage that is really long (I forget the name of it) and I now have some people to enjoy the rugby with! They are even doing a poikey when I go over for the start of the RC

Beeny weeny you should take your own advice ,I am sure the Good Doctor Craven would find the fact that you exalt in the filthy behaviour of someone like that nobody grayling on the nose .You should try and emulate one of my childhood heroes "Sailor " Malan ,a genuine Battle of Britain fighter Ace and staunch fighter against the evil apartheid regime [ which is why so few Saffas know about him ] look him up sometime ,genuine hero and a saffa to boot !

And stay away from red-in-the face man ,he only wants to be sexting you up !
