Ladies final time arrives

Dr Mopzzz is in a tizzz and will be glued to the screen watching the golden oldies battle it out. May the best lady win. 
Vinci probably deserves it after beating Serena but Pennetta looks the better player. Given the last upset who can be sure!

Talk about a person with loads of personality.

She reached the top 10 at one time or another if I'm not mistaken.

Tell me Beandip ... do you also favour the doubled handed backhand or are you old school like me with a singled handed grip?

 CC I felt it was going to be a pity that either would lose. Doubt if Vinci will get another chance and they have both been playing for 15 years or so. 
It was like afairy tale ending for for Flavia. What a shock when she announced her retiremnet. They were great those two italain women. Such a wonderful atmoshpere.
CC I started off useing a sliced backand actually just like Vinci no topspin backhand. One opponent kept giving me heavy topspin to my backhand and i realised I had to change. I should have taken a few lesson but made the change using video material - there is heaps of excellent stuff on You Tube. 
It is now working reasonably well but am working on the last bit. You will notice they drop their hands and come from under the ball. its thsi whippy action that really gives the shot its zip.
 I am now in trouble as I didnt put an undergrip on my racquet and now cant get rid of tennis elbow. One of the silliest things I have done!! Played a four setter and then played again the next day and had to stop. So have not palyed for two weeks now and its driving me crazy - although of course my legendary rugby acumen and sound common sense is completely in tact. H ence my ability to correct JW and ou ab ass so well!

 Pity you can't keep "intact" intact Hasbeeno....Moolaa showing his ability to correct the less fortunate on this site......
