Moz i think the problem with ou snapster is that his fat cells outnumber his brain cells. Hahahahahahaha
Look snapster thinks just about everyone is a Bok. He goes overboard and lacks sound judgment and rugby acumen.
Ou maaaikie could you try and not be so nasty. Try and be a little bit more light hearted and civil. I appeal to you rather than ou snaspter as he cant help himself! You are responsible for your own words. If you have any doubts as to how to behave consult Beeno but never JW!!
Thanks

Ummmm ... no need to compute anything on my behalf, Mozart.
Kind of you to offer though.
As I said ... Burger was fed ball all day long. There is nothing special about doing well when spoon fed ...
Question is though ... what did he do with the masses of ball received? All I saw was a lot of crashball running and a lot of going to ground at contact ... no go forward ... no gaining yardage at contact.
In other words ... he was ineffective ... even with all that ball he couldn't prove himself an asset to the hapless Goats.
He would probably have disappeared altogether had he not been fed like that.
He's no more than a tired and battered old man and that much will once again be seen in this years Super Rugby.
There is no comparison between CJ Stander and the Battered Burger.

Do you pretend never to understand anything? You make a quote which you failed to understand. First of all the quote referred to Coetzee and afterwards to -
"Jean de Villiers (fractured jaw), Duane Vermeulen (neck) Jannie du Plessis, Fourie du Preez (both knee) Willie le Roux (ankle), Francois Louw (shoulder) and Coenie Oosthuizen (neck) are were all named with injuries."
There is a huge difference among the above players. De Villiers, Jannie du Plessis, Coenie Oosthuizen and Fourie du Preez were all reputation players - you can add Willem Alberts to that list as well - Meyer would die rather than to leave out of the squad. The only performance based -based players on the list were Duane Vermeulen and Willie le Roux.
But why argue with you - you are also a reputation player selection supporter - with you performance means nothing. So keep on spouting BS - as CC said the rugby void in your top storey is getting bigger and bigger. You are indeed lucky - Meyer was fired for the same deficiency.

Fat Fransie was not going to play in CC - a huge relief for the Sharks. His contract with the Sharks is up and they would not offer him another contract. There was a rumour doing the rounds that Fatso was going to Montpellier to join his pal - but he is known in France and they are unlikely to offer him anything, so is he unemployed at this stage?

Can you read Vetsak. Coetzee was injured but expected to be fit well before the knockouts....much like Vermeulen. He wasn't chosen, and not available for the CC because of his Japanese commitment.
He was a shock omission according to a number of articles....even you should be able to grasp that you can't be a shock omission if you are left out because of injury.
Game, set and match.
