Less than two weeks to the WC adn there are questions arising

South Africa is playing the following countries in the Pool stage of the competition:-
*   Japan*   Samoa*   Scotland*   USA
Bearing in mind -
*   the poor performances in the 2011 WC pool stage where the Springboks beat Wales by one point and Samoa by 6 points with a large percentage of the 2011 squad in the present squad; and
*   the results of the warm-up matches played thus far,
the question arises whether the Springboks are in fact going to win all their pool stage matches.
The squad selection was such a mess that one has reasonable doubts about the team and it is -
*   possible that the Springboks may lose the matches against Scotland and Samoa; and 
*   struggle against the USA.
I would say we have a 50% chance of beating Scotland, a 55% chance against Samoa and an 80% chance against the USA - but that nagging suspicion that we may yet lose to Scotland and Samoa is not reassuring.

 It is as likely as the chance of Fourie du Preez being match-fit  in the WC games and lasting through the series.

Here we see the bad influence of brycy on ou maaikie. We are not at full strength but with competent refs we should be fine. Currently the wee abs are working overtime to ensure Poite refs the possible semi with the Boks. Watch out for this one. Beeno always alert to kbbs trickery!
