Always has been. He needed the protection of the IRB and the refs to get as far he did. Talent had nothing to do with it. My grandmother could also have chalked up the awards this wanker did if given the same leeway. He has cart blanche on the rugby field.

Take the last world cup. Did they honestly win it … or was it given to them to stop a near on 3 decade sulk? What did the French have to say about the match? Did they think they were given a fair shake at the trophy?

It was decided beforehand that they would be the next recipients … cause the kiwis probably threatened to not take part in the next world cup if it wasn't handed over. Yet McCaw strutted his stuff as if it was a legit win.
