It is done. It is over.

That SA side shows no solidarity, no support to each other. The failed try at the end is a symbol, the Irish were altogether to save that attempt.

The Irish can be very proud - 14 "hapless" (as Beeno1 calls them) beat a full strength Springbok team
Here is the big issue - What if this was an AB team- SA would have been beaten by about 50 points..

 Good point Trad.
If you discount the intercept try by de Toit the Boks did nothing in the second half. Boks will have to pick themselves up & win the next test.

Too many mistakes, loosing the ball, knock ons, silly penalties. What a shambles.
To lose to 14 Irishmen!
I am disgusted!

The Irish beat a very hapless Bok side so that leaves the Irish hapless.
Shocking display.Mallet says, like Beeno, says it was a very bad display.

Two SH teams lost today, only ABs won against NH. All SH coaches by the way. Ireland is coached by a kiwi.

Beano my friend, I did watch and learn! Ireland won playing with 14 men for nearly 60 mins. I am not one to gloat(I leave that to you ha) I also think the red card was a harsh call but I do not agree with Stander playing for Ireland.I think the commitment Ireland showed was fantastic and a very deserved win. Good feeling being Irish married to a South African.

Congrats MO(NH), a well deserved win no one can say it wasn't. It is an historic win & good for Irish rugby. Hope the marriage survives it

Congrats Lady Mo Nice to see you back. Ireland way ahead of the hapless Boks and NO excuses from us.
So many errors and silly play. Man its a shameful day fro SA.
Commentators all say it was stupid rugby. Question is why but nobody is saying

A look at the stats for this game show it is not all bad for the Boks.

but 20 turnover conceded to only 5 of Ireland
DefensivelyBoks made 79 tackles missed 8Wales made 139 missed 19

Beano, I am sure You will come back in the next game so still a lot to play for. All good fun, but do not right off all NH teams before they even start the game.
