Whenever Mozart comes to the fore - he makes a fool of himself over and over again.  He always speak about the comments of other members and try to use it sometimes years later on to discredit members - mostly based on distortion.
So lets look at the real Mozart and his writings over the past three years:-
His statements on Tactics
Mozart's most famous statements include a list of unbelievable stupidity.  Those included that -
*  90% of the responsibilities of flyhalfs comprise their  ability to kick balls;*  scoring of tries is not important in WC games and in tests;*  we can field locks without grunt and off-set that by using what  he calls power loosies;*  that ball protection and recovery is of no importance in games; and*  that the rule changes of 2008 had no impact on the game of rugby and that the game has not changed as a result.
The above is based on comments of Mozart made during the past year only.  He was asked to explain what the role of backline players are other than to defend and came up with zilch of substance.
The issue of purposeful kicking and kicking accuracy is in Mozart's book of zero importance as well.   That is why he showed his idiocy by comparing Steyn to Carter as an ideal flyhalf.
The issue of scoring of tries has been discussed time and time again on this Board and constantly dismissed by Mozart as unimportant in WC games.  What was important is kicking at goal.    Mozart as such was an absolute opponent of having skilled backline players without the ability to read games and real ball skills.
He was constantly against the idea of loosie play.  His classic in 2012 was when he said that Kruger having no grunt as a lock is off-set by using Alberts as a loosie.   He jumped on the same bandwagon when Matfield came back to play rugby.  So what do we have in the team?  A failed lock who cannot do his work as a Tight 5 player and a failed loosie who cannot do loosie work.  When challenged about the clumsy inability of Alberts to protect and recover balls - he came up with the classic as mentioned.   According to him Alberts just pushed opposing players off the ball and that makes ball protection and recovery unnecessary.  The theory may have substance if Alberts gets to breakdown balls in time - but that never happened because of deficient pace.
The absolute rubbish about the style of rugby Mozart supports needs no further discussion.  he is totally clueless about what the role of backline players is and could not see where the skill-deficient players he supported is not producing the goods.
His support of Meyer
If their was one all-out supporter of Meyer on this site it was Mozart.  The support was strengthened by Meyer's tendency to play stampkar rugby - of which Mozart is a true supporter and his pleading with retired players to return to play test rugby.   The failed players of the 20-11 WC campaign was fine and was supported all out by Mozart.
Here and there there was some disloyalty seeping through.   The fact that Meyer never used Fracois Steyn since his disastrous performances in 2012 was according to Mozart unforgivable.  Steyn's extremely poor performances on Super 15 level was not important either - he can kick at goal.  The fact that Steyn failed badly in all other aspects of center play meant nothing to him.  Steyn was in the 2007 WC team and that is all that counts.
However, on the whole Meyer's selection of the experienced players based on reputation was always supported 100% by Mozart.  For him the ideal squad was assembled by Meyer for the WC and it was a pity that some players were not included.  He damned whatever younger players were selected - bar perhps Pollard and Etzebeth - the rest were all regarded as deficient by Mozart.  The ideal team supported by Mozart was fielded by Meyer against Japan.  When most of the reputation players failed in that test and made unbelievable blunders in that game - he attacked a player who missed one tackle as the reason for the loss.
Despite the minor deviations made by Meyer from what Mozart really wanted - Mozart supported him 100% as the ideal person to determine performances of players.  If Meyer picked a player - for Mozart that was the final determination of the quality of the player - if not the player was not effective as a player at all.
Mozart failed completely insofar as his support of Meyer's game plan is concerned.  The constant rubbish dished up by the Springboks and their atrocious performance record over the last 15 months counted for nothing.  Meyer was correct in all respects.   His deviousness came to the fore in the last week - when after years of subservience and boot-licking he suddenly came to the fore as saying that it would be advisable to change the coach - the normal despicable behaviour of a coward not prepared to stand up to pressure.
Player selection
The age of players and sportsmen was always the constant factor that should always be the way to go.  He cluttered up this site with every sportsmen over the age of 30 winning any thing of substance - irrespective of which sport they take part in.
His attitude can best be as described as demonic.  But it came out more and more as Meyers player selections became weirder and  weirder.   In the end the failures supported by Mozart was always covered up by the weirdest means imaginable.
In the end every one of the Meyer reputation selections failed and Mozart would never admit the failures,   He kept quiet or tried to lie his way out of it.  What really hit home is that Mozart is clueless when it comes to player performance evaluation. He sometimes uses stats if he believes they support his assertions - but ignore it when he is exposed by the stats as a liar.   The main reason is he is a one-incident junky who thinks that one incident in a game is a career- determiner in the playing career of players. That only applies to players he dislikes and not to the constant foul ups made by players he supports.  In the latter case the incidents did according to Mozart never happened or if it was too blatant - he would invent some excuses to exonerate the deficient players he supports.

His support of the following players in the Springbok team and especially the latest WC squad was evident and the end result was that the players he supported all failed:-
*   Juan de Jongh failed badly in the 2012 tests when he went AWOL*   Francois Steyn*   Jean de Villiers - mainly due to injury*   Morne Steyn*   Ruan Pienaar*   Fourie du Preez - despite the hype he failed in the semi*   Willem Alberts*   Juan Smith*   Victor Matfield*   Bakkies Botha - Botha himself said he was not competitive anymore*   Jannie du Plessis*   Gurthro Steenkamp*   Heinke van der Merwe*   Juandre Kruger*   Jacque Fourie
The above list is not the full list at all - but the most obvious players Mozart supported over the Meyer years.
Any younger player - bar Etzebeth whom Mozart criticized in 2012 as non-deserving and perhaps Pollard (who was his third choice flyhalf after Fransie and Morne Steyn) - was demonized by Mozart basically on totally false grounds.  He was exposed repeatedly about lying in his efforts to degrade the performances of younger players and not one of them got any positive support from Mozart.  When players like Malherbe, De Jager and De Allende is praised by everyone else for top class performance - Mozart differs and claim they are useless.  His egocentric and superiority complex is unbelievable.   Everyone differing from him is stupid.
In the final analysis he is vicious in personal attacks on members and even on players and that is an indisputable fact as well.

We are so fortunate to have someone like ou Tokkie on this forum. He is someone who never launches any personal attacks on other forum members and yet, the poor guy is always the victim of ferocious personal attacks. Bless him.

 Denny
I would never have written this if it was not for an earlier personal attack thread started by Mozart on the McCaw issue with crow added to it.  .  He deserves this thread thoroughly.
I never start personal attacks - I leave it to Mozart, Ceradunce and co.   I respond to continuous attacks only.

Hahahaha....prove Tokkie is lying and he writes a long, boring book about your opinions. This is very aggressive, not very PC at all. I guess it's safe to say he isn't repentant....and as they said in the Temple of Doooom......"the penitent man shall pass".
That always left a sort of gap, what about the recalcitrant man? Are we going to discriminate against the recalcitrant men on this site? My guess is no, this poi sonous spider of a man will continue to enjoy support in some quarters. We will be entertained.

Now Mozart - you would not admit the above was your whole history over the past three years an what is quoted is what you propagate on this site.   If ever there was a person who was constantly wrong and constantly have BS in buckets throwing from him it was you.
The lowest intelligence rugby commentator I have ever seen.

"And there are some fools on this site who take him seriously...liar is an inadequate word."

"He is viewed by some as a harmless old fool...and his lies just a symptom of creeping mental frailty."

". . . this poisonous spider of a man will continue to enjoy support in some quarters."

". . . he is an obsessive, repetitive nusciance (sic) who sucks up Board energy with his drivel and misleads the Board with his lies."

Hmmm . . . now who do the bitter and vitriolic descriptions above remind me of? No, not ou Maaik, they remind me very much of someone else . . . let me think . . .

Ah yes, stern stuff but those comments miss the lurid imagery you produce of ga. y se.x and Tok's distasteful images of the female anatomy. In fact my comments are rather mild and entirely justified.

But it's nice to see you still care. How's the Roar?

There was no lies in what i wrote - that is why Mozart went ballistic in his personal remarks about me.   He is the low life who have the preserve of lying on this site.  What Rooinek quoted above is standard Mozart fare and he is constantly supported by the second biggest dunce on this site - in close competition with Mozart.
He is the low life rubbish that can only make personal attacks when he is cornered and his lack of rugby knowledge exposed.

"There was no lies in what i wrote".....all the Saaymans are rolling in their graves, watching the last of the line besmirch the history. Old Tok is the last of the Saaymans for obvious reasons.

Mozart
The comments contained in the above thread have all been mentioned in your posts on this site.  Do you deny that you made suggestions in your posts as outlined by me?  Lies won't help and mentioning my surname won't either.  And your lies about me is endless and showing that you really are lowlife and the biggest liar on this site anyway.  You now try and side-step what you really write yourself on this site - as summarized by me in the posting above.   You are not only a rugby ignorant moron but the biggest liar on this site.

It's nice that you feel compelled to write all these books about me....one  wonders why anybody would  write lengthy post after lengthy post....issue challenge after challenge...when they are all ignored. It seems a bit demented Tokkie.
Let me make it as plain as I can. With respect, I don't care what you think of my views, because I see you as an unfortunately stupid fellow.

If their is one idiot who write posts after post to discredit other members it is NOT me - it is Mozart.  He is demented in that regard.   I make a series of points he raised and he did not deny that he was in fact the idiot who wrote that type of crap on this site.  Mission achieved - Mozart remains a rugby illiterate.
He accused me of stupidity  - but am in good company - since he accused a string of ex-Springboks of the same - Serfontein, Claasens, Andrews, Wiese, Geldenhuys to name just a few.

Ou Maaik, the point that Moffie is missing is the fact that every spiteful, vindictive and demeaning thing he says to other posters applies more to himself than the recipient.

Just look at those quotes I selected, apply them to Moffie himself and suddenly they all make sense!
