Oh that's interesting, in another thread you claim I left becuase I was whipped by a guy who falsely called himself a fireman. Seems you are getting caught in your own underwear.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Do you really want to start this again?

I am not here to slag anyone, nor get involved with unecessary mudslinging, I've been reading here since last year, just have no desire to post here, as with SS, just don't have the time.

I suggest you retract the above statement, I have made it very clear to you before that this is extremely easy to prove from my side.

You made it very clear in a moment of honesty that you were never a fireman, only a part time volunteer. Are you saying you never said that?

The very first time I discussed this with you, I openly admitted I was a volunteer fireman to you, and to every one else as a matter of fact.

Here it is:

'TCFireman', on 19 Jan 2011 - 11:29, said:

Sorry Moz, been away for a bit.

Not active for a long time now, but was a volunteer for 6 years.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You replied:

'mozart', on 19 Jan 2011 - 20:15, said:

You've done more than most TC....that was hard and dangerous work.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So please explain my "Moment of Honesty", when I said this straight away, nothing was hidden from anyone.

I beg to differ. I had acknowledged your Fireman status years before.....on another Board I believe. For years you left the distinct impression you were a professional Fireman. You could have knocked me over with a feather when you said you were a volunteer. Nothing wrong with being a volunteer, as I pointed out, but certainly not the impression you created.

For the record, I have never disclosed what I did before, or years before, as you say. The only other site I went on besides Supersupporter was Supersport and I did not

discuss what I did with anyone.  I only met you on Supersupporter.  We never ever spoke on Supersport, so you couldn't have ever acknowledged anything about me years ago and there

was never an impression to create this years ago, as I only met you on Supersupporter.

I was also a fulltime volunteer, not part time as you mentioned, 24 hrs a day for 6 years is fulltime commitment, not part time.

Be that as it may.

Just stop with the accusations or insinuations about me and we will leave it at that.

Another major twit arrives -second only to bedpan.

Ou fireman who loves to add fuel to the fire. This twit worked successfully to get me banned for saying I hoped that the abs would be quaking in their boots when

they next played the Boks.

He linked this to the Christchurch incident ignoring the fact I had given my sincere condolences to the folk of Christchurch for all their pain etc.

Thew twit never ever apologised for his vile character asassination. Bad apple this one is. This is not an insinuation its a fact. Suck it up fireman! What a complete poop!

Needless to say when the smoke cleared I was yet again unbanned much to the chagrin of this cretin and his two pals who were beside themselves.

With the arrival of ou bedpan and fireman we are scraping the barrel.    We have about reached the lowest point.

We posted together with guys like Harvey. At that time I made positive comments about your Fireman status. You never qualified anything. Then much later you produced the distinction between a volunteer and a Fireman.  For years I had the impression you were a Fireman....and you still call yourself a Fireman and you haven't been active for how long? That's what I mean by "falsely called himself a Fireman". Leaving a false impression uncorrected over a long period of time, suggests you didn't want to correct the false impression. Apparently you still don't.

I don't remember ever having spoken to you at all, or received messages from you, unless your name was different.  I met you for the very first time on Supersupporter.

Moz, what exactly is the distinction between a 24 hour a day fulltime volunteer fireman for 6 years, or a career orientated fireman of 6 years.  They do the exact same practical and theoretical training together.  They write the exact same exams together, and they suffer the exact same daily / weekly rigorous training regimes, and the also get hit emotionally and phsically with the toils of the job.

Whether you are a volunteer or career fireman, you fail the theory test, you are out, you fail the fitness test, you are out, you fail to respond to the calls, you are dimissed.

My first infant rescue was an 18 month old boy who I rescued from a shack fire in a informal settlement.  He had been stabbed 17 - 19 times, he was force fed parrafin, and then thrown into the shack after the mother's boyfriend had poured parrafin all over the shack, and lit it, to accelerate the fire.  All this because he was not the biological father of this boy and had enough of him and the mother.  The mother was lying outside the shack unconcious, but the baby was inside.

That was a long time ago, and he is quite a bit older now.  I wonder how he would feel if he realised that it was "just a volunteer" fireman who saved him that day, and not a fireman who you would call a professional.

Come to think of it, I wonder how many of the countless people and animals I helped save over those 6 years, would worry about me just being a volunteer.  I have never ever, ever, shied away from being or saying I was a volunteer fireman, we do the same work, fight the same fires, and save the same lives.... period.

So if I gave you the impression that it was in fact a career of mine, and you later realised that I had somehow misled you and I was in fact, only a lowly volunteer fireman, then I must look out for doing that in future.

There is absolutely no distinction whatsoever between the two, job wise, danger wise, emotionally wise..... the only difference... is the pay and benefits.

I clearly stated I do not want to slag off anyone, or get into a mudslinging match on here.

Then I see the welcome post from Beeno.

TC you told that story or one very similar to that way back when....and as I recall I congratulated you on your efforts. There was no off board communication, it's just something that occured in normal posting. And I meant it, not many people actually take physical risks to help others. If you look at your introduction to our discussion which you post above....it seems fairly clear you are responding to something positive from me. And my response to that posting is positive. I respect the work you did. Let's just say there was a misunderstanding and leave it at that. Our later confrontation got out of hand and frankly I can't even remember what it was about. Good luck to you.

Beeno, I only posted here to refute what Moz said regarding me.  I am not here to appologise to anyone for anything that happened before, nor to mudsling anyone.

Enjoy your site here, As I said, I have been visiting here since early last year but haven't posted.  I have also posted maybe not more than 10 times in the last 6 months on the other site, just too busy.

In one breath you say you don't mind Taipan being here, but then in the next, say you are scraping the barrel, and have reached a new low...... not sure what you want.

Don't fret, I won't be posting here, you can relax.

Fireman Moz has set us a good example. Whether you post here or not is your decision entirely and nothing to do with me. I told you what I believed you did and there has been no apology.

Fine leave it at that and go well Fireman.  If nothing else at least  this matter can be laid to rest.  Sometimes things get terribly tangled etc as Moz said. I was in a meeting last week and it exploded

betwen two members of the committee. As I listened to this I could only conclude that  communications had got horribly tangled. Fortunately in this instance there were people

of good will present and the matter was finally smoothed out.

Its not at all about what I want Fireman it is about folk being free to post here - even a twit like bedpan. It is I suppose much like press freedom etc. Can't muzzle the opposition.

So we welcome all even if they are complete twits in our view. No contradiction really. But as I said go well and the door remains open to you and anybody else.

I am relaxed about anybody being here and confident that the very few cases of extreme abuse are well handled.

For the record, so we finally put this to sleep.

You said this in a post above.

"and you still call yourself a Fireman and you haven't been active for how long? That's what I mean by "falsely called himself a Fireman". Leaving a false impression uncorrected over a long period of time, suggests you didn't want to correct the false impression. Apparently you still don't ".

In the old, but early days when I was posting on SS, I was indeed a volunteer fireman somewhere around that time, as explained earlier, for 6 years.

I don't, and never will, see the point of changing my online name because I am no longer doing it.  Most people will always remember my name as it was back then as TC, instead of me going around to all and sundry saying " Hi, I am now *********, but you might all remember me as TC back then, but I had to change my name because I am no longer in that field anymore."

A bit silly to do that when you have already made many online friends using that persona, and besides, nobody can ever take serious notice of whatever an online persona's name is, you can never ever read anything into that.  If that was the case, then mostly all of us would be guilty of some type of misrepresentation, you included.

Glad to see it has been cleared up, and good luck to you as well.

As for Beeno, you have told me many times what you think I did back then, I was not even on the board when you got banned, I had been off for a few months when this happened to you, it's easy to prove but I won't bother at all.  Yes we had bargies, but I had absolutely zero to do with your banning, but believe what you will.

Nope fireman you started the whole conflagration and when it was blazing you disappeared.

You launched a vicious attack and got some folk up in arms. Did you even read my condolences to the people of Christchurch. If not go and look it up and you can apologise later.

Why do you think I was reinstated - because my remarks to the abs was entirely non related. What sort of a monster do you think I am or anybody that would not be

moved by such a human tradgedy?

Precisely my point

Therefore what I said at the time regarding your AB post, did not lead to your banning from the site, whatever you did after your AB post did, and I was not there then, or for a long time after.

You had already been banned a while by the time I got back on the site.

Fireman I will work through this with you. What happened was that becasue of the fire you lit, there was an uproar from a certain quarter for me to be banned  -

because you had depicted of me as a monster re the Christchurch earthquake. Realising another banning was on the cards I said I would be posting a defence shortly but if

I was not allowed to post it I would post it on Keo. I was then immediately banned and the post I had made re my going to Keo if not allowed to make a defence was deleted.

I am sure though that a number of folk did see that post before its deletion. I was not banned later when I made my post on Keo (FACT). Why was that post deleted? Dishonst dealings.

One has a right to defend oneself from fase accusations and had they kept t o normal ethical standards my defence would have been made on ss board and of course successfully as subsequent events proved.

You however were the person who caused the problem in the first place with you attack. In my view you also had a part to play re the departure of Moz and the split that ultimately followed.

Now Moz is happy to let bygones be bygones. So am I but I want you to know the truth so you can realise your part in all this . If you dont wish to apologise that is entirely up to you.

From my part I am glad to discuss this with you and clear up matters.  As things stand I am very happy to be on this forum  with the folk here although we have some moles

on board at the moment trying to cause trouble but who are actually proving very funny at times.

I do appreciate your coming here as Fireman and not as mole (As ou bedpan has done so often - he really misses us!!) and as I said I wish you well but relationships always work better when truth is established.

You posted this at the time:

Anything I post on the website re the red card will be posted on Keo should I get red carded or banned again

Barlee replied this:

I do not like that post Beeno, this is a private community forum, this is not a corporation forum...and it is not the forum that takes threats like that very lightly.

Even Denny posted this after you went onto Keo and bad mouthed the site:

Barlee....

Just so that I'm clear, you've done the right thing, Beeno has shown no remorse, as a matter of fact he chose to play hardball with you and your board. His posts were way offline, vile, vulgar and disgusting.....unprovoked....I've said this before. I supported his suspension.

I hear you when you say that you prefer a board that's not monitored.....sorry but I can never see that happening, it's a lovely ideal but the reality is quite different.

I ask you for the last time to re-consider on condition that Beeno apologises and withdraws his vulgar comments on the MB where it's plain for all to see and if his apology does not sound like he's being remorseful then his banning order stays firmly in place.

You did not apologise, your banning was for the post you put on Keo, or the threat of doing it, not sure as I wasn't there.  It had sweet nothing to do with me, and I have nothing to apologise for.

You even posted this on Keo:

" Yours truly has been banned for whatever weird reason - I really dont know.  May have something to do with appeals to get Moz and Denny back?
Anyhow if you do see this post let them know I was banned and did not leave of my own accord".

Now if you didn't know back then why you were banned, why now accuse me, your assesment of what happened is not accurate at all.

Beeno, seriously, I am leaving it as it is now, I am not going to rehash this whole thing with you, I just wanted to perhaps settle it, which I think we both agree will probably never happen, thats fine by me.

I will always post as myself, I have no desire, and have never had the desire to post as someone else, I say it like it is so you at least have the knowledge of where it comes from.

For the record, I had absolutely nothing to do with Moz leaving, yes we had a few arguments, big deal, we are both adults, from what I hear, he is old enough to make his own decisions in life, and it was his decision to leave, so don't accuse me of that.  I could make the assumption that his decision was a well informed one, and not one done in haste, so you can leave me out of that.

I didn't come here to mudsling, myself and Moz have put an issue to bed, it seems, and I am fine with that, and I am leaving this topic as it is as well, because we will probably end up going nowhere, which is pointless.

All the best
TC

Okay a last word. There was no threat provided they did what was ethical - Allow me to defend myself. After I made that post I was cut off and my post was removed not long after that.

A number of  people never saw that post and even said I was lieing about it!!!! They were led t obeleive I just sommer decided t opost on keo to be spiteful. I did it ONLY becuase I wa sdenied access  to post of SS Board. Now you tell me who is behaving badly!

Denny of course thought i wa sbehaving badly until he knew about my saying unles I was allowed to defend my self I would post on keo. In fact a number of realised altter they had been mislead. Just like when they wer emislead about my firs  banning when the board was told I had left of my own accord.

What they was saying was vulgar etc was my saying I hoped the abs would quake in their boots the next time they played the Boks - of course I had no remorse for tht statement .

They after being inflamed by you and a few other ill spirited folk  completely ignored my post conveying condolences to the peopel of Christchurch which was posted at virtually the same time as the quaking remark re the abs! Astonsihing stuff.!! You were the one who inflamed them so their brains stopped working. Not a nice piece of work fireman.

Having denied me an opportunity to defend myself I did what exactly what  said I would do and let folk know the truth via Keo.

There was an outcry on my behalf and I was reinstated.    Bwahhahahahahahaha were ther esome red faces then - it was really hilarious!!!

Now we suffer  in this wildernes Moz,  Denny and I. Hahahahhahahahahahahaha. Please excuse me fireman but it is really very funny how it all turned out. What they didnt count on is the truth coming out. But you cannot control the whole interne evn if you hold the banning button on your own board. Hahhahahahahahahaha

Fireman the best I can hope for re you as a person is that you for some amazing reason never saw my condolences letter to the people of  Christchurch. I hope you didnt else you are a real piece of work. If you didnt I can see some justifcation but even then it would have been a huge overreaction.

So last question did you or did you not see my condolences post.

That dear fireman is the truth of the matter.

You can deny it all you like but it does not alter the facts of the case.

Anyway let leave  it as an unresolved issue.

HasBeen having posted with you for years, I don't need to read all the detail.  This posting process is  a searchlight into character. I know that you are a decent, non malicious guy with a proclivity to stir. I have never seen you try to make any other poster feel bad about himself. You are incapable of being callous about the Christchurch tragedy, and if it appears in any way that you did, it's simply a misunderstanding.
