What the heck was Morne doing on the field?
He is waaaaaaaay past his best if ever he was. If you cannot standout against a team like the Eagles then you never will.
No wonder he did not make the starting line up in Paris.
A complete waste with his kicking and if Meyer selects him to start any of the remaining games then the Protea's will have problems.
Pollard is a great fly-half. He has a boot and runs the ball as opposed to the regular fly-half's that have worn the Green and Gold of late.
Pity that Brian missed that 4th try. He deserves to hold the record for most tries in WC games.....just trust that he gets it soon.
The next game will be tough irrespective of who they meet (OZ or Wales). I hope they can get through that game without any major injuries. 

 Well, I'll have a look and see wharmt happened. But having watched many of his French games - I doubt you have - I can say that he was outstanding. Question is, can Lamebie better our most successful and best performing 10 outside of Pollard? Outplayed for years at Super rugby level, outplayed against every test nation he has faced, particularly Ono in the biggest upset in WC history... do you really want to go there... again?

 Wtf was FDP doing? From the 71 balls, plus the 21 Paige received, only 31 went to the FH's and of those only 11 went to inside center.

 Uhmmm.  It was clear that we were going to take the game to the forwards........

 Morne Steyn looked far more polished than our younger flyhalves....his kicks found space....and that superb rolling kick to the corner was inch perfect. His passing was decisive and well modulated....he looked every inch an international flyhalf.

 Sure aimless kicks find space and allows the opposition run at us.  A sure disaster against a stronger team and he missed the one tackle that came his way and 2 of his 5 kicks at goal.  Excellent performance according to Mozart.  
And Dim Fox claims that the Stade Francais coach is an idiot as well.  Playing the "outstanding" Morne from the bench when Plisson is available is a crime against humanity.   Another cas e of superior rugby knowledge claimed by the dim one.       

 Aimless kicks find space, and the opposition will run successfully because of that? ROFLMAO!!! 
Michael, the owner praised Morne, so too the coach and a few players. They spoke of his temperament and match winning pedigree. So now his team mates must be idiotic for not agreeing with you, that Morne is the worst 10 in world rugby. A player who outshone Plisson and spearheaded the team to a title win. LMAO!!!
Morne put the team in at least three try scoring positions. What did Lamebie do to Japan? Or England? Or Wales? Or New Zealand? Or Australia? As a 10. Morne has a proven track record for excellence. And even in one of his worst tests he displayed and produced more than Lamebie in the last four years of test rugby at 10
Admit it, it eats you up! You keep predicting the rise of Lambieghini-pig and it keeps backfiring. You gleefully awaited the demise of Morne in France and stood tall when the lights shined brightest. And to top that off Goosen betrays you and flumps for RM! So much so that he gets publicly reprimanded. Then proceeds to flop on the EOYT last year and the incoming tour of the same year. You must be seething in rage. More so now that Morne change comes on and makes Lamebie look a fool and show us why Pollard is not the finished article.

I do not praise Lambie at all.  I hust do not accept the myths some people spread on this site.  Lambie is no disaster as a flyhalf - Morne frequently is.  Just a question - Morne midsed the only tackle that he was attempted.  He missed 40% of his kicks at goal.  He passed the ball - which anybody can do if he is a flyhalf - what makes him better than Pollard?   Blaas my siel!!!!!
If all or even one of Morne, Jannie and Matfield is in the quarterfinal - we are bound to lose the match.  I do not think ill of the team like some others do - buty this is unfortunately what is bound to happen.

 Just passed the ball you say, anyone can do that you say? LMAO! Then why can't Lamebie do it? And why did Pollard struggle at times? Making long, pinpoint passes to release the right player is far from easy. It is considered the pinnacle of rugby excellence in fact! Having a 10 with a range of passes is generally favoured given the penchant for the 10 to be a distributor and tactical decision maker. 
Three try scoring opportunities! But hey, that doesn't mean anything. The first one was a nice run, draw and pass. But whatever, anybody can do that. You just shut your eyes, swing your arm and release when you generally feel it is on, because feeling feely things is creative and creativity trumps problem solving 100/100 times. FACT! ROFLMAO!!!!

 Morne had a good game with ball in hand, his goal kicking was a bit rusty but that's to be expected.
Rudy Paige was a nice surprise, he looked very tidy and scrumhalf.

 Paige looked the closest thing to Du Preez. I know it's far too early to pass judgment, but after the dreary pain of watching Pienaar and Reinach... I cling onto that hope with all my might!

He's very much a throwback is Paige, he's not the modern sniping scrum half like Aaron Smith, Reinach, Hougaard.Like you say he's more Du Preez, very good clean service. Let's see what he can do against more live opponents than the Eagles but it was promising.

He didn't do anything special, but he did the basic thing most scrumhalves these days don't do very well - getting the ball out quickly and accurately.

 So that is another barking dog "failure theory" down the tubes. First FDP. Now Paige. 

 There is one thin wise to remember and that is if the concoction of Mozart, Dim Fox, Pakie and Ceradunce express an opinion - it would be wise to believe the exact opposite from what they harp on.   Their rugby knowledge combined is not enough to equate to that of a 10-year old school kid  as a result of brain defcuency on rugby issues.
