OPINION: ARGENTINA LACKED ANY FLAIR AND EXCITEMENT THAT BROUGHT THE CROWD TO THEIR FEET ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND IT SEEMED AS THOUGH THEIR INJURIES TOOK ITS TOLL AT THE END OF THE DAY.
Their performance was shocking to say the least and if this was an advert for the game, there would be absolutely no interest. Questions were raised when they made nine changes to their starting line-up and it negatively affected their performance as they failed to spark.
The argument to completely drop this fixture from the future World Cups has definitely been bolstered.

Popped his head up on the odd occasion and although he tried to spark something, nothing worked on the day.
