DC Attorney Victoria Toensing’s client is an American businessman who worked for years undercover as an FBI confidential witness, according to John Solomon and Alison Spann at The Hill.
The man was blocked by the Obama Justice Department from telling Congress about conversations and transactions he witnessed related to the Russian nuclear industry’s efforts to win favor with Bill and Hillary Clinton and influence Obama administration decisions, his lawyer tells The Hill.
The Obama administration approved sale of uranium to the Russians knowing their criminal intentions!

In a statement, the department said it had authorized the informant to discuss the 2013 agreement — known as Uranium One — and related matters with the leaders of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Oversight committee, and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

In a short-lived agreement, the FBI reimbursed expenses in relation to the procurement of the dossier, but backed out of the arrangement after those involved in the ‘Trump Dossier,’ such as former MI6 agent Christopher Steele became public. The FBI believed its credibility could be damaged if its involvement became public.
The FBI used the ‘Trump Dossier,’ as a pretext to obtain a FISA warrant, paving the way for agents to spy on Trump campaign officials, such as Carter Page.
The FBI informant’s lawyer, Victoria Toensing told the Daily Caller that her client was told his reputation and career would be ruined if he didn’t drop a lawsuit against the government. He was also told his liberty was in jeopardy.
The FBI informant was threatened and intimidated by Loretta Lynch’s goons during the 2016 presidential election.
Chuck Ross of the Daily Caller reported:
Victoria Toensing, the lawyer for the informant, told The Daily Caller’s Vince Coglianese that Obama Justice Department lawyers told her client that “his reputation and liberty [was] in jeopardy” if he did not drop a lawsuit against the government.
[…]“The Russians have threatened him, and up until just last night the U.S. government has threatened him,” Toensing told Coglianese during an interview on WMAL’s “Mornings on the Mall.”
“He was told that if he didn’t dismiss the case his reputation and liberty were in jeopardy.”
The DOJ lifted the informant’s gag order Wednesday evening which means he will be able to testify to Congress.
It seems like Loretta Lynch was busy during the 2016 presidential election making sure all of the skeletons stayed in the closet so her Queen Hillary would win the presidential election.
Loretta Lynch also forced James Comey to call Hillary Clinton’s FBI investigation a “matter” rather than a criminal investigation.
The only people obstructing justice were Obama, Hillary, Lynch and the rest of the Deep State Dems.

Although her lackeys in the media are trying to tell us that “opposition research” is the usual-usual for presidential campaigns, the Clinton campaign paying Fusion GPS millions of dollars to fabricate dirt against Trump, is nothing even close to standard operating procedure. NOW PLEASE NOTE THIS OAKS!Before we get to the proof of Hillary colluding with Russia, we need to debunk off a few of the narrative-myths the liars in the mainstream media continue to hurl.
To begin with, thus far there is no evidence that any Republican was involved in any way with creating this dossier. Those who say so are intentionally conflating an apple with an orange. Even the left-wing Washington Post admits as much in the story that broke the news of the Clinton/DNC hiring of Fusion GPS:
Marc E. Elias, a lawyer representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, retained Fusion GPS, a Washington firm, to conduct the research.
After that, Fusion GPS hired dossier author Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer with ties to the FBI and the U.S. intelligence community, according to those people, who spoke on the condition of anonymity.
In other words, based on what we now know, if anything happened between a Republican and Fusion, it had nothing to do with producing the discredit dossier. BY THE WAY OAKS JEB BUSH MIGHT BE THAT GLOBALIST RINO REPUBLICAN IN QUESTION.
Secondly, Fusion GPS is not some usual-usual oppo-research firm. Among other things, the company has been accused of being a “Democrat-aligned misinformation firm” aligned with Russia. While refusing to cooperate with congressional investigations, including taking the fifth, Fusion GPS has also been accused of advocating for “the interests of corrupt Russian and Venezuelan officials while hiding its foreign work from federal authorities.”
Finally, as you would expect from a Democrat-aligned misinformation firm,” Fusion GPS has a tight relationship with the American media.
We now know that the firm instructed its chief investigator, former British spy Christopher Steele, to brief our media on some of the allegations in the dossier. The Daily Caller reports that “rumors of the dossier were floating around in Washington, D.C. political and journalist circles for months prior to BuzzFeed’s decision to publish it on Jan. 10,” and that the outlets briefed included:
The New York Times, The Washington Post, Yahoo! News, The New Yorker and CNN.
Steele met once more — and again at Fusion GPS’s instruction — with The Times, The Post, and Yahoo! News. Fusion GPS took part in all of those meetings, Steele’s lawyers say.
“In each of those cases the briefing was conducted verbally in person,” the document reads.
In October, Fusion GPS instructed Steele to brief a journalist from Mother Jones. The interview, which was conducted through Skype, was likely with reporter David Corn.
That briefing was held at the end of September, or six weeks prior to the election.
Obviously that meeting was meant to influence news coverage against Trump, and obviously it did. Even prior to the briefing, it is not unreasonable to assume that the dossier rumors had colored the coverage of a media that was already growing obsessed with Russia.
A Google search of the words “Trump” and “Russia collusion” restricted to the six weeks prior to the 2016 election, results in pages and pages of stories from the likes of the Washington Post, Politico, the Hill, NBC, and so on

Consider what Steele would write in the memos he filed with Simpson: Source A—to use the careful nomenclature of his dossier—was “a senior Russian Foreign Ministry figure.” Source B was “a former top level intelligence officer still active in the Kremlin.” And both of these insiders, after “speaking to a trusted compatriot,” would claim that the Kremlin had spent years getting its hooks into Donald Trump.
Source E was “an ethnic Russian” and “close associate of Republican US presidential candidate Donald Trump.”
As the Federalist’s Mollie Hemingway (her superb piece is where the research above came from) so aptly puts it, “We’re in the midst of media frenzy over Russian disinformation campaigns, particularly as they apply to the 2016 election. It is worth noting that the sources of the “Russia-Trump dossier” were senior Russian officials.”
Despite months and months of intense work backed by billion-dollar media corporations, not a single reporter has been able to verify even one embarrassing or compromising detail in the dossier. And that is because it is all lies, BS, and misinformation meant to take Trump down. Therefore…
What you clearly have here is the Clinton campaign openly COLLUDING with a foreign country, with the Russians, to fabricate scurrilous lies about Trump, which were then fed to a willing media as a means to affect their news coverage, and by extension, sway the election. If purchasing misinformation from Kremlin officials as a means to manipulate media coverage and sway public opinion is not colluding with the Russians to rig an election, nothing is.
On April 25th, 2017, Rod Rosenstein was confirmed to be deputy attorney general by a vote of 94-6 in the Senate and on April 26th he was sworn in. Then less than a month later, on May 17th, Rosenstein appointed a special counsel and appointed his old friend from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Robert Mueller with the following directive –
The Special Counsel is authorized to conduct the investigation confirmed by then-FBI Director James S. Corney in testimony before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on March 20, 2017, including:
(i) any links and/or coordination bet ween the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and
(ii) any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation; and
(iii) any other matters within the scope of 28 C.F.R. § 600.4(a).
We now know from information reported last week, that the FBI had an investigation into the Clintons and moneys they received from Russia in return for giving Russia 20% of all US uranium.
Prior to the Obama administration approving the very controversial deal in 2010 giving Russia 20% of America’s Uranium, the FBI had evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were involved in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering in order to benefit Vladimir Putin.
The FBI approved the deal anyway.
And today Louie Gohmert dropped the bomb that Rosenstein and Mueller were the ones who allowed the Uranium One deal to go forward.

Former Trump campaign advisor George Papadopoulos has been arrested for making false statements to FBI agents.
Papadopoulos was a volunteer whose repeated attempts to set up meetings between Trump’s camp and Russians were outright rejected.
The Washington Post reported back in August that Papadopoulos attempted to set up several meetings with Russia and all were rejected by Trump’s camp.
The adviser, George Papadopoulos, offered to set up “a meeting between us and the Russian leadership to discuss US-Russia ties under President Trump,” telling them his Russian contacts welcomed the opportunity, according to internal campaign emails read to The Washington Post.
The proposal sent a ripple of concern through campaign headquarters in Trump Tower. Campaign co-chairman Sam Clovis wrote that he thought NATO allies should be consulted before any plans were made. Another Trump adviser, retired Navy Rear Adm. Charles Kubic, cited legal concerns, including a possible violation of U.S. sanctions against Russia and of the Logan Act, which prohibits U.S. citizens from unauthorized negotiation with foreign governments.
The NY Daily News even reported that Manafort put the kibosh on the Russia meetings as well.
“We need someone to communicate that DT is not doing these trips,” Manafort told his business partner Rick Gates, an account his spokesman Jason Maloni confirmed to the Daily News Monday evening.
The Gateway Pundit also reported that Papadopoulos was looking for a book deal just a few weeks ago.
According to a screen shot of Papadopoulos’s Facebook page tweeted by Guardian UK reporter Jon Swaine, the former aide sought book publisher recommendations three weeks ago.
“Interested in meeting with a prominent publisher. Recommendations welcome, ” wrote Papadopoulos.
Meanwhile Hillary’s camp paid MILLIONS of dollars for a Russian dossier, a fraudulent document that most likely prompted a FISA warrant and ultimately led to the unmasking of Trump and his associates.
Hillary’s campaign is actually bragging about their collusion with the Russians during the 2016 presidential election.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Tony Podesta, the founder of D.C. lobbying firm the Podesta Group stepped down from the company amid Robert Mueller’s probe.
Podesta made the announcement at a company-wide meeting on Monday.
According to NBC News sources, the Podesta Group is one of the two companies directly linked to Paul Manafort’s indictment in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ‘Russian interference’ investigation.
The indictment, unsealed Monday, refers to “Company A” and “Company B” as the firms Manafort and Gates solicited in 2012 to lobby on behalf of the Ukranian government. Company A is Mercury Public Affairs and Company B is the Podesta Group, the sources said.
Tony Podesta was so triggered over the Podesta Group being exposed that he threatened Tucker Carlson with a cease and desist letter.
$40,000 of which was received while Hillary Clinton was Secretary of State.

Special prosecutor Robert Mueller’s indictment against Paul Manafort and Richard Gates is “much ado about nothing,” according to a former federal prosecutor.
Former U.S. Attorney Andrew McCarthy wrote in National Review Online that Mueller’s indictments are about getting Manafort and Gates to cooperate, and, for now, have nothing to do with allegations of Russian meddling in the 2016 election.
“From President Trump’s perspective, the indictment is a boon from which he can claim that the special counsel has no actionable collusion case,” McCarthy wrote.
“It appears to reaffirm former FBI director James Comey’s multiple assurances that Trump is not a suspect,” he wrote. “And, to the extent it looks like an attempt to play prosecutorial hardball with Manafort, the president can continue to portray himself as the victim of a witch hunt.”Manafort and Gates pleaded not guilty to 12 counts, including “conspiracy against the United States.” Manafort served as President Donald Trump’s campaign manager for a few months, but resigned once reports surfaced he may have illegally received money from a pro-Russian Ukrainian political party.
McCarthy said “Mueller’s case, at least in part, seems shaky and overcharged” based on what’s been unsealed.
“Obviously, one purpose of the conspiracy count (Count One) is to enable prosecutors, under the guise of establishing the full scope of the scheme, to prove law violations that would otherwise be time-barred,” McCarthy wrote.
“ It may well be that Manafort and Gates made false statements when they belatedly registered as foreign agents , but it appears that Mueller’s office has turned one offense into two, an abusive prosecutorial tactic that flouts congressional intent,” McCarthy wrote.
“Finally, the money-laundering conspiracy allegation (Count Two) seems far from slam-dunk,” McCarthy wrote. “For someone to be guilty of laundering, the money involved has to be the proceeds of criminal activity before the accused starts concealing it by (a) moving it through accounts or changing its form by buying assets, etc., or (b) dodging a reporting requirement under federal law.”
