Plumtree was a very clever coach - he got saddled with some useless players in 2013 and because of that Mozart's campaign against him was unending - and his comments on Fat Fransie was for Mozart the final red rag to a bull.
When Plumtree left here he went to Ireland as assistant coach and Ireland won the 6 Nations. From there he went to the Hurricanes and they have this year as yet not lost a single game.
The real thing is that if Plumtree knew what he was doing as a coach and if he stayed with the Sharks they would have done better than they did thus far this year and also last year - since he was a better all-round coach - something which White (a ten-man rugby exponent) could not achieve ever.
Good for Plumtree - he is really shaking up the Super 15 this year.
