I don't think this is a dogmatic issue...but we are all different...some are hysterical about format and order...their "i" must be dotted and "t" crossed otherwise they throw hissy fits.

We must all try to be accomodating because we come from different backgrounds and thankfully we are different.

Being different shows character...because we do not understand each other is NO excuse to attack and insult each other.

We are all very different and that's good...lets just try and respect that...let's make jokes, light fun (not cruel fun, which is no fun) of each other and stop being hypocrites.

Beeno and me get to you about religion but it irritates you...this might surprise you but we do this sometimes wrongly because we genuinely care for your souls...whether you believe it or not , it is because conversion to Christ is not religion but a factual occurence of Calvary that draws all men and women of the world to account...we all die that's a fact but we have a Creator that call's each one to account...everyone will fail except those who don't rely on themselves but God's Son who laid down His life for us sinners. Like it or not ...it's the truth.

Seb your religion is yours and beanos do with it as you will no one hear will begrudge you that .Just proselytize somewhere more appropriate thanks ,if it really bothers you that others souls arent as nice and shiny as you would have them then please consider missionary work .Maybe beandork could take his crusade to the Middle East I'm sure the locals in the Levant would love to meet him and while you may wish to be a "fisher of men " like Bobby Skinstaad in the tweet to my right with a lovely specimen of the trevally family I shall confine myself to being a fisher of err ummm 'fish".PS I once handlined a 57Lb 'Turrum" or giant trevally from the jetty at Hervy Bay using a 2 kilo bonito as bait ,it swallowed it like a jellybean !Unfortunately it had its tail sharked so we ended up eating some and giving the rest away .Same jetty caught a mack tuna and had a mate who was a local chef sashimi it on the deck to the delight of Japanese tourists who scoffed the lot with us !

Sebastian...why don't you take your sanctimonious bull.shit to a place where someone actually cares? I know you're trying to impress upon us that you're a Christian but to be honest mate, it's only you and your lunatic fellow"christian" Jihadi Beeno who cares.....the vast majority of us don't.
So off you fly Preacher, there's a soapbox around the corner from where you live.

This is a public board, we all suffer each other at times, we all react harshly at times...well some of us anyway. Nothing was shoved down nobody's throat. If you don't like it, don't continue reading. Life's too short to do something you don't like, but wasting more time complaining about it makes even less sense.

BTW I'm still anxiously waiting for you to name the posters who want to silence Jihadi Beeno. Any chance a response?

The Board has voted 2 to 1 for free speech, albeit with some concern that posters don't abuse the privilege. Historically such concerns have been handled simply with the poster involved......why are we still discussing this.

Oh my word.....after Snarkbok came up with Christians celebrating Good Friday he produces a new classic. " he died and was reborn" I mean apart from being horribly wrong, how does that work technically, do you think Mary was involved? He rose from the dead according to the gospels. If you are going to opine, let me suggest you try reading the book first you moron.

Hang on, what are you saying here Moffie . . . are you saying Christians don't celebrate Easter?
Huh chump?

So Moffie, try answering the question for once instead of just sneaking around changing what you originally wrote . . . are you now saying Christians don't celebrate Good Friday?

Actually Snarkbok said they celebrated Good Friday.....now clariified in my post. As for your persistence in ignoring the results of a poll you voted in, two can play at your game of nobbling posts. I would prefer not to go there, but will if you continue your current approach. Accept the majority, obviously Ed has no interest in arbitrating this, so it falls to the majority. Accept the 2 to 1 vote.

And then he has the hypocrisy and the nerve to say "If you are going to opine, let me suggest you try reading the book first you moron."

As for polls about the posting format, a few points . . .
Firstly, a person with a very strong view on one of the issues being voted for doesn't run the poll or frame the questions. That might have been the practice in all those companies you bankrupted as you hopped from one job to another, but that's not the way things work when competent and fair people are involved.
Secondly, a poll was never required in this case. It's not like we're deciding what a new forum should look like, we have an existing forum which - like it or not - is split into three very clearly defined sections: Rugby; Other Sports and Non-Sports topics. I did ask you the question who you think you are to suddenly decide the board admins no longer matter and your stupid poll is more important but being a weak little coward, you dodged the question and continue to do so.
Thirdly, I know you're a rather stupid and unworldly person but one of the main reasons your attention-seeking and irrelevant poll is showing the results that you have so painstakingly manipulated to reflect what you want it to reflect (despite more than one poster telling you very clearly that you have misrepresented his actual vote) a large proportion of your "3" votes were actually cast by the same lifeless and obsessive loser who has multiple handles and therefore cast multiple votes . . . even if you're too dim to realise what's going on.
Finally, Moffie, if you don't like the fact that this message board is split into three sections, may I be the first to suggest that you shove off and go find a forum that suits you.

Moffie trying desperately to make this all about semantics.
"Celebrated", "mourned" . . . it's the same thing. Christians recognize Good Friday, Easter Sunday and everything else to do with the Easter celebration.
What you're missing is the fact that Sharkbok once incorrectly stated that Christians celebrate Christ's death on Christmas rather than his birth. That's the statement that got Baboon-ou so worked up and that is what you're referring to. Go ahead and ask Baboon-ou, he'll confirm it.
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahahahaha!
Oh and none of this changes the fact that you made a glaring error and instead of admitting it, you sneakily edited your stuff-up (and made yet another laughable stuff-up although that's not the point here) and pretended you hadn't.
A deceitful, cowardly and manipulative old toad.

'How to Celebrate Good Friday If you are a Christian, and you believe that the Lord Jesus Christ Is the Eternal Son Of God, and that He died for all your sins, then for you, Good Friday is the most sorrowful, the most solemn, and yet, one of the holiest days of the entire year. Indeed, it is not a day for celebration, it is a day for observing.' Try to catch a wake up Lush.

Oh and for your info the fact that I participated in the poll means nothing. I voted in your dumb poll the same way I would vote in a poll to decide the best player in a tournament or our favourite player in a posit ion or something like that. I certainly didn't think anyone would be so stupid or so far up his own arse as to actually try to enforce the results of the poll.

If you sabotage posts that weren't started by me or rugby-related threads started by me in the Rugby section then you will be destroying the board out of sheer infantile spite. Now shove your c hildish little warning up your fat smelly arse and start behaving like an adult for once.
By the way, I don't think this thread belongs here either, as I stated further up the page (08:35:54) . . . but I didn't start it.

Moz & Rooi - You'rs both being d1cks.
Seb. Most of us appreciate that Christian's care for us but since many here are do not follow the same belief we take it as a show of your good  nature but not much more. No disrespect.
It's a impasse and mutual respect is all that breaches that gap.
For my money you can post anything you like anywhere you like on this board and it won't offend or annoy me. Of course personal attacks and other things like racism, homophobia and such will be likewise me. As long as we go about our business like adults we'll be just peachy :)

The resurrection of Jesus is the Christian religious belief that, after being put to deathJesus rose again from the dead. It is the central tenet of Christian theology and part of the Nicene Creed: "On the third day he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures".[1]

In the New Testament, after the Romans crucified Jesus, he was anointed and buried in a new tomb by Joseph of Arimathea but God raised him from the dead[2] and he appeared to many people over a span of forty days before he ascended into heaven, to sit at the right hand of God.[3]
