To chiefs fans and my friend Just Win haha. Are chiefs doomed without Cruden? Some don't like him but he has been crucial to their success. Without him they look lost at times. Look at the canes Barratt has found some great form. Unfortunately he has gone down. All the genuine title conteners. Canes, Landers, Tahs e.t.c. Have great tens. Barratt, Sopagoa, Foley. So well see if Cheifs can find one. Damian Mckenzie should be at Ten not sure why he is not. Heres my favs for the titles from each conference.

NZ:

Canes, Landers, Cheifs

Aussie:

Tahs, Brumbies

SA:

Stormers

Bulls won it 3 times with Morne, and I thought the consensus is that he is mediocre.

I mostly agree with you 3ki1.
DB: the bulls game plan was/is very different from the kiwi teams. Bulls could get by with Morne & his boot got them points & made sure they could execute 10  man rugby well.
Kiwi team needs a good 10 to ensure the link with forwards. They can't afford to let all that talent in the backs go to waste. I think the Chiefs will find a way to do well but we will see if it is enough to win it all. In kiwi teams the 10 is far more important.
