Good signing......poor Cheetahs have no players left  

Damn, the Cheetahs have really been raided this year! Given the resurgence of the Lions I foresee a looong Super Rugby campaign next year for the Cheetahs. Bulls, Sharks and Stormers have the financial backing to cover their player losses , but the Cheetahs don't. 

 They seem to prepare for the departure of Jannie - their first choice props will be Beast and Du Toit at loosehead and Coenie and Adriaanse at Tighthead.    They still needs one lock if Du Toit is leaving and a loosie to replace Coetzee.
I think they need a center also to replace Fat Fransie.    The Sharks should sell him to the Kings.

 Thomas is going to be on the bench for loosehead with a utility value and then in the future is going to concentrate on specialising at tighthead, according to some article I read.
