Boks may wear Samoa down & I doubt Samoa has the depth for dealing with the last quarter. Samoa will h ave to score early in the second half to keep their high motivation.

Night Cloudy.Sleep well.
I think the Boks pack with Eben and Lood will be very good.
The star in the backline has been Allende. Card must be blusing a depper shade of purple.Fancy thinking Allende is not strong!!!The matfiled groupies will be happy as matfield is calling lineout balls to himself and taking them. Never mind they are uncontested. Do the samoans have a lineout?

Good start, but we must not take our foot off the pedal in the second half!
Beeno, I don't recall saying I wanted Damian to fail, quite the contrary in fact. I will watch the game later and see what he has done and noone else has been accurate enough up to this point to read yhe game at all. But if he has turned a corner then that is very good news. Hope the Boks score another threr tries and wipe Samoa out. But the bigger the deficit the more Samoa will look for cheap shots

First half thoughts...Boks overdoing the Burger at first receiver thing again, it's becoming predictable. The beleaguered Jean & Matfield both having good games. De Allende not creating much, but his strength in the tackle is giving the Boks time to regroup and secure possession. Fourie Du Preez definitely not his old self...wayward kicks and no zip in his carries. Willie having a pretty poor game apart from one or two nice touches on attack. We can still do better at protecting the breakdowns. Overall, lots of intensity, not much finesse. At least we seem to have things under control.

This guy Tuiligi  is a real character. He permits fouls on Etzebeth. The guy is 127 kg but when JP lays a gentle hand on him he collapses in a heap!  Hahahahahahahahahahahaha . Thankfully Barnes was having none of it.
Pakie this is not ou r best side. Just be glad we are leading.

There are a few posters who will be a little red-faced if the Boks continue like this. The old timers are doing ok.

They shouldn't put the camera on Meyer during the game. He's so nervous he makes me feel like I'm going to have a heart attack.

When JP is up for a game he is world class. Glad to see him ahead of Mvovo and in his best position. A smart and courageous player, very strong and good under the high ball, can defend as well as read play. Michael  must be cursing the team! Cant wait to hear how winning was Morne's fault and not a real win anyway.

Great try Habana!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!46-6Have to apologise to teh Boks. I predicted a 20 point win along with Dr Mozz.
Well done to all. What a great lock combo Lood and Eben make!!!
Meyer just needs to drop matfiled and he has basically got it.
He has front row options.Locks are clearly Eben and Lood and looseiesas i predicted LOuw, Vermulen and Burger. Fourie added intelligence. Pollard must start. You could staert with Jean and Allende but sub Jean.
Wings are the right ones and Willie at full back.Great to see JP playing well and getting involved.
Congrats to Samoa for not getting dirty. Very unepxected and one wonders if they have been warned?
What is also nice is that we now have a good bench.
Hope Jannie is okay and Allende. Kriel had a nasty bruise under his eye.

The Boks respond decisively. As we expected .....well at least some did.
Now to keep things going forward. Some real momentum to be grasped.

To right JW!!!!!I warned that the Boks would bounce back. Unfortunately ou maaaike and snapster wouldnt listen to me. The trouble was an overly pessimistic assessment of things. Not understanding the value of the changes.
The moral of the story? Always note what B eeno says. Hahahahahahahahahaha
Boks had 72% terrritory.Strauss was magnificent as was Eben, Lood, Burger. Louw was very good and Vermuelen excellent for a first game back.
