Having Esterhuizen on the bench seems like a good option as he can cover centre as well as loose forward. So, it is like a bomb squad with a 6-2 split, but with a forward who can play as a back.

Aah ok thanks Pakie. The Uncle most probably shat his pants when he heard that news:)

I felt sorry for Sacha playing on the wing, but it was important that Pollie stayed until the end.

What a legend he is, and like Moz already mentioned, the catalyst that won us the game tonight.

Yet Kwagga and DDA both get a 6 from PlanetRugby. Holy shit, these journalists are clueless. DDA was apparently "controlling" the attack with Pollard. I kid you not.

I can't understand how anybody watches that game and picks DDA ahead of AE at 12.

In 80 minutes, DDA squandered attacking opportunity, lost us ground, got put on his arse, got completely outpaced(embarrassingly so)...and had two runs where he gained a slight bit of ground.

We'll wait for Davie to tell us how DDA was working his dark arts that are invisible to us muggles.
