Stormers scrum on field is much better than on paper...
Stormers V Bulls
Arendse was involved and looked good in the first 15 minutes, then he disappeared.
33 minutes into the second half and the Bulls get awarded their first pantry
33 minutes into the second half and the Bulls get awarded their first pantry
Well that sentence ended more entertainingly than this entire game was.
"How on earth is Paul de Wet on the shortlist for MotM?"
I'm so glad he's not playing for the Stormers anymore.
A pantry is nice . . . if it's full,
Another penalty. Holy shit, where's the count at?
The only Bull who should be on the MotM list is Canaan Moodie.
And Moodie now passes to the Stormers.
Moodie best bool on the field by far.
Arendse is in for a consolation try.
Again, 18 points down, no time left, now you want to play rugby. I don't get our sides or our coaches.
Well done Stompies.
Come on Scotland!
Good ball by Kriel there.
Mighty Stormers dominating at scrum time. Yet another well deserved penalty.
Worried about Plumpster and Pakster blood pressure!
Look like a forward pass to Arendse.
Great win Stormers no doubt who was the better side.
Hope we don't see this ref anytime soon either.
Well done Stormers, but what an eyesore it was.
Well done Stompies. Pity the ref destroyed the game.
Wanna have a look at the penalty country again because that was one of the most one sided penalty sequences I have ever seen
Could all the Mamparas, you know who you are, please review early comments. Hahahahahahaha.
I'll be watching the Scotty game but half of Scotland are at my house so won't be on the match thread haha
Pass to Moodie before the Burger try also looked forward, but I've seen worse allowed...Bools lost this with poor discipline...
Bools. much vaunted scrum didn't dominate in first half and got taken to the cleaners in the second half. Stormers pack looked stronger and it showed in the driving mails.
Moerat and Roos were not missed.
Bulls put in a big effort in the last 10 minutes. But generally their play lacked the intensity required to win this match.
Bulls missed the very dangerous Papier.and of course Hanekom. is still out.
Well done, Stormers. I’m happy they proved me wrong. Mchunu yet again stood strong against the power of Wilco. His play in the loose was also good.
I can't wait for Wilco to join the Stormers. Mchunu, Andre H Venter and Wilco will be a formidable combination.
Andre H Venter, Neethling Fouche, Sazi Sandi, JJ Kotze and Vernon Matongo also stood strong.
Our lock pairing of JD Schickerling and Adre Smith was excellent. Take note Rassie, they belong in the Bok squad. That counts for Ruben V Heerden too.
Marcel Theunissen ( Another potential Bok), Ben J Dixon and Paul de Villiers were too much for the Bulls’ loose trio.
DW, Sacha, Ruhan Nel and, surprisingly, Gelant had good games. Sacha should really work harder on his kicking for the poles. We are losing too many points.
The Bulls had their moments, but it was a very error ridden effort. Pollard played really well and, on current form, is just edging Sacha for the Bok flyhalf spot.
1 Anyway the shot hot the fan. Tne bulls scrummin g was at besdt ffy, Their locks were a joke and the backline other than Moodie and De Klerk was supershit
The Sharks were even worse last week.
Something is vey wrong in te coaching of the Bulls and the Sharks - they eere poonder White and Pinetree and in realty they are no different now,
By he wya Sacha should end more pracctice time atkicking at goal. He has gone off the steam insofar as that is concernedm
And the despicable Willemse was the Player of the match What's new?
.
Bollocks oom, nobody here ever described Willemse as despicable ... lift your game asb/pse.
shame on you.
Bob, please stop with the shaming ...yes nobody called DW despicable...that was sarcasm by the Oom after the nonsense that DW wasn't an option at 12 for the Bokke by the AE Demigod Gang... it's the Opm's opinion ...he lives for sport and his sporting heroes, so I think he's allowed to voice his opinion without being shamed for it.
