It was better this week but getting rid of Jake was a major blunder? The Lions are doing SA rugby good its leading to a breath of fresh air flowing and other sides being invigo rated. The Sharks played some enterprising rugby.

Crap as per normal - Jake caused damage to the Sharks with his game plan. I do not think that with the players available White would have done better than Gold did today. The Sharks clearly showed today why the selection of the locks and no 13 center is inadequate and that Lambie is sorely missed - Zeilinga was just not good enough today.
I think that it is clear that players like Francois Steyn and Jannie du Plessis were not missed. Interesting enough - Jannie thus far played in 138 Super Rugby matches and he has not scored a single try.

The Sharks did not get rid of Frans - he got rid of himself after a putrid display in the games he played in. The Sharks did not get rid of Bismarck - same story. Jannie is of so little value for the Sharks - if he plays it seriously undermines team effectiveness
The injuries to Du Toit and Lambie are unfortunate as it caused serious performance problems for the team as a whole - so lets hope they get back by late May/early June.

The clear issue with the Sharks is that they were without SP Marais, JP, Jordaan, Frans, Lambie, Beast, Bismark, Cooper, Jannie, PSDT, Lewies, Mtembu, Deysel and Kankowski.
