The 7 story is BS and you are too dumb to understand it - so you prefer a lock at 7 - not a loosie.    That is rank stupidity on the part of SA coaches and you are dumb enough to fall for it.
Coenie was not up to standard - whether you like it or not.

Look here you fucking idiot......where did I say I prefer locks at 7 fuckwit?

You are so fucking thick I don't know why you bother

I see Moz and Vlag are kicking your stupid arse on other threads

Maybe you should sit down and have a think about you stupid you come across on here......for you keep getting it wrong.

There was nothing wrong with Coenie at all......the issue was with Uys.....if you knew anything about rugby......you would have worked that out.

Hoe does Coenie make TOW week after week and then suddenly become a non standard player are you that stupid that you are not able to work out the reason......the very same reason Uys has been kicked out of the 23 in total

Wake the fuck up.......your stupidity is tiresome at times......its like talking to a brick wall or 5 year old child

 Dave
Without name-calling at all - I would just correct one thing.  You needed to get your own thoughts in line with who you propose for selection at 7.  The last two were D u Toit and Du Plessis- both career locks - not loosies.   You do not say outright that you want locks at 7 - but your suggestions just show that as being your preference.
The issue of Coenie is clear as well - he was poor last Saturday and he reminded me to what happened in a lot of games involving the Stormers forward pack.  Fold under pressure and he did fold.   U ys did too - but Coenie was not far behind him.

Note that Aaron and Ben Smith and Malakai Fekitoa may not be playing for the Landers this weekend. Also, Kaino may not be playing for the Blues and I heard that Dagg may be out for one more week. Not official yet but this is what the press are saying.

Just as I thought......there was no issue with Coenie bar that last scrum.

Check how bad Uys's body position is in the scrums......his arse is far too high.

The issue with the Cheetahs scrums came from a weakness at 1 and the collective scrum as a whole.......for the most it had little to do with the individual and more to do with the collective.

Saff - for me it was very disappointing. He showed a lot of promise early this season in the scrums and the general consensus was that he was finally past his neck issues, finding form and was scrumming with confidence. I was starting to see him as a real possibility as Bok tighthead. But he's regressed as the season has progressed and in this game he either gave ground, fell to his knees or failed to hold up his side on every single scrum. Yes, he was in a collectively poor scrum but he was monstered by Slipper who had him buckled and angled at every scrum. With some other current tightheads performing well we just don't need him. He's full of piss and vinegar at the start of a season, or the start of a game but it has no staying power.
Kinda like Brock Lesnar

Well for a start Os was never a tighthead and you are wrong. Coenie at no point was bent and buckled by Slipper......he held his side firm until the whole scrum disintegrated thanks to the issues with Uys at 1, who given how poor he was has been excluded from this weeks Cheetahs match 23 in total.

It was only once the whole scrum had disintegrated that he was forced to buckle, bend....whatever as the whole Cheetahs scrum fell apart......no prop would ever be able to do anything but fold in those circumstances.

At no point did Coenie concede to Slipper one on one......you are wrong.

The issues in the scrums started a week before, when Uys started, he was retained last week and the wheels fell off.

 Not madness, Saff.

http://thebulls.co.za/news/2015/04/20/injury-report/

Vodacom Bulls halfbacks Rudy Paige and Jacques-Louis Potgieter will not be considered for Saturday's Vodacom Super Rugby match against the DHL Stormers in Cape Town due to injury.

Paige has a grade 1 medial ligament tear and will be out of action for at least two weeks, whilst Potgieter have a grade 1 hamstring tear and will return to action on May 4th, team doctor Org Strauss confirmed on Monday.

Burger Odendaal (hamstring), Bjorn Basson (knee), Flip van der Merwe (knee) and Arno van Wyk (bronchitis) will sit out training today, with Odendaal only returning Thursday.

Basil Short (calf) will sit out training this week.

Victor Matfield (knee, May 4), Pierre Schoeman (knee, 15 July), Bandise Maku (pectoral, 31 July), Carlo Engelbrecht (ankle, 31 Mei), Werner Kruger (ankle, 11 May), Duncan Matthews (knee, 31 Aug), Ruan Steenkamp (knee, 31 July), Ryan Nell (knee, 31 Aug) remains on the long term injury list.

Good Stormers side if they had played Howard at 13 and moved de Jongh to wing

The backline is a huge improvement.  However, I would play Jones at 13 and put De Jongh on the bench.    Howard had a few very good games in CC last year on the wing - but I agree with you - the better solution would have been to play either Jones or Howard at 13 and the other one of the two on the wing.

No, Howard is not that quick......I'd definitely play him at 13.

What amazes me is how Jones has been leapfrogged by Kotze and Howard.......given Jones is quicker than Howard and has been in the 23 for most of the season.

Typical pathetic Coetzee player management......don't get me wrong, it is good to see Howard in the side eventually albeit wasted on the wing
