Team that should play NZ

 Even more inexperienced players than the group that had their arses handed to them in the last 20 minutes.

Pathetic!

The team was fine. Management and strategy was the problem. Keep the starting front row on for another 15 minutes and keep the heat on the Aussies instead of kicking every ball to them and we would have walked an easy win.

I would say the team should be as follows:-

I think I made a mistake with Burger - so am happy to change that.   The following changes from the team that played today is essential:-
PietersenPienaarCoetzee - because of injuryMatfieldMohojeVan der Merwe I agree with you about Combrinck or Van Wyk on the wing and also to replace Pienaar and put Faf on the bench.   Kriel as opensider too.  Matfield was a passenger and we were lucky he was replaced early.  He should not be anywhere near the team.
Mohoje is not the best loosie to play from the bench and Van der Merwe was a huge mistake by Meyer.  He and Strauss were problematic when they came on from the bench.   Strauss maybe on the bench - Van der Merwe was a Meyer selection mistake in the first instance.
I would not change the props in other respects.

 Its all pretty obvious Mike but Meyer will be pulling all the strings to get matfiled fit as he expereince was missed - bwhahahahahahahaha. If you cant see that matfiled is hopelessly inadequate there is no hope for you. 
Then he will play oupa the quota must but again totaly out of his depth!!! JP will remain and without Fourie du Preez Pienaar is essentail etc etc.

The test was thrown away by shockingly bad substitutions and poor tactics. 
The bent kiwi TMO had the last say and the get the Jarpy guys shook hands on a job well done. Its just keeps happpening.
Nigel Owens was fine and it was a pleasure to see our team not gettng one bent call after the next as what usually happens
