Dave has enthusiastically proclaimed a lot of centres who were...er...the answer. Who was the biggest flop, the Board might wish to opine:
1 Wynand ...die Meisiekind....Olivier
2 Whitehead...a mystery pick
3 JJ ....jy weet mos...Englebrecht. Whose step on Savea is the greatest step in the history of rugby football.
4 Yuk ou Taute
5 Jan....better than Nonu....Stepfontein
6 Damien...the tractor ....Allende
7 He is really a fullback....Kriel
8 Andre... he is really a flank...Hester's Hozen
9 He is really a wing van Wyk
10 Dries Swanepoel, the new 13 for the Bools who walks in the mincing footsteps of JJ, whose step on Savea is the greatest step in the history of rugby football.
11 Craig....How can they make him a hooker...Burden

Well that's nice, the Board wants to spare Dave further embarrassment. Not me. My vote would go to JJ....a mistake so disastrous it has come to define the stupidity of flavour of thè day selections. Still he has lots of company in this blush inducing pick.

What are you doing here - other than talking absolute crap. You are totally beserk when it comes to De Allende and Kriel.
One can make a list of flops at enter you supported in the past:-
1 Juan de Jongh - the AWOL specialist2 Davy Jacobs - a defensive sieve3 Fransie Steyn - the center who is no center4 Jacque Fourie - cannot even tractor because he is too slow
Those are only a recent list.
You are clueless about performance by all players - especially centers. De Allende and Kriel are highly rated by everybody bar you meaning that the idiot here is in fact you .

Thanks for reminding me about or two other centers - Burger and Matfield - they really showed their worth during the latest WC Tournament.

Dave
Mozart is calling for a Board vote on the issue. I am voting for Matfield being the biggest flop ever at center,

1 Olivier - 6/10, solid but forgettable2 Whitehead - 0/10, not even sure which Whitehead. Tim? A no show then. 3 JJ - 2/10, plenty of talent, no mongrel and no competitor's heart4 Taute - 4/10 showed little to get excited about in the few tests he played5 Stepfontein - 6/10 same as Olivier, solid but forgettable6 Damien - 7/10 good tractor, not much of a distributor, jury still out on his actual worth
7 Kriel - 5/10 good strike runner, leaky defender, is he really a 138 Hester's Hozen - 4/10, strong runner, bit dirty, jury's still out on what else he can offer9 Van Wyk - 3 /10 a promising wing struggling to secure a regular start at WP10 Dries Swanepoel - 3/10 a few CC games is no measure of worth11 Burden - 5/10 I thought he was a more than decent center actually---12. De Jongh - 4/10 I don't rate him, great step but tends to disappear13. Jacobs - 5/10 never a fan, but he mostly held his own at test level without being anything special14. Steyn - 8/10 a strong, proven test performer15. Fourie - 8/10 had his limitations, but more than proved himself at test level

Actually Adi had a good year in 2008 when he had the best centre stats of the TN centres. A good tackler in space, but vulnerable head on against big chaps in the channel
He had a nice step and scored a fine long range try against England. He also was the best support runner we have had in the last 10 years....cashed in Jean's breaks.
Not a long term regular, but a polished professional centre with a striker r ate way higher than Allende and Meisiekind.

Bwhaaahaaaaa Adi Jacobs had a good year...listen to this clown.
And to think it thinks it's qualified to comment on centres....I kid you not this fucking old fart preferred the utterly insulting Jacobs to Fourie at 13.
Moffie if your pathetic little list actually represented the truth it might just be worth a response....but it's the usual pack of lies.
The idiot part timer Pakie has obviously been caught up by your deceit and ventured a weak response but your little attempt at enticing a vote or two has fallen flat on its face as people see through you.
Why not run and get your bum chum Denise to come vote. Does he know what a centre is?
I recall you being a massive Braam v Stratten fan at 12 you said he was better than Jean.

There is no poster who has made a bigger fool of himself than the clown who launched a decade long (no exaggeration) tirade against Jaque Fourie. Hilariously, Fourie proceeded to apply more and more egg to the clown' s face with every performance.
No poster has ever got anything more wrong. Ever.

Yeah this twat feels qualified to comment of centres when he spent all that time telling us how poor Fourie was and how great Adi Jacobs was.
Its also one thing to comment on my picks but its another when his version of my picks is a pack of lies.
Seems the board vote has fallen flat on its face as well and served only to embarrass the coffin dodger even further......what a sad excuse for a rugby man.
Keep digging Moffie
Adi Jacobs......bwhaaahaaaaaaaa

See I don't have to bluster. Adi had three tries in his 5 tests...for a strike rate of 60%.
He ran 21 times for 148 metres....for 7 metres a carry.
He made 4 clean breaks.
He attempted 36 tackles and made 33 of them ....for a tackle success rate of 92%
He was statistically the best centre of the 2008 TN.
But if you would care to show us the Tractor's tries and tackle stats, we might be entertained.
Game, set and match.

Why quote Jacobs and not the de facto center performances of Burger and Matfield in the WC in 2015?
You stupid old fart quotes stats - but would not accept stats for Fat Fransie - because his "stats does not reflect his true value as a player" He is supposed to scare the wits out of opponents.
You are and will always remain a complete rugby idiot and that says it all, Game, set and match.

I gave up long ago before about two de-facto centers you supported - Victor Matfield and Schalk Burger - the latter especially after the recent WC.
