Lets start looking at the present team and see what may be useful:-
I would limit it to three or 4 players at the utmost - and that is maybe too many. Reinach, Lambie, Bothma and Coetzee are useful - the rest are unadulterated BS.
The following are absolutely useless:-
Jannie and Beast
The Crusaders are down to 6 forwards and a backline player in scrums and they can do bugger-all in scrumming - even going backwards at times. I think that both are past retirement age and Jannie should be dropped to the Vodacom Cup if he wants to continue playing rugby.
Locks
John Smit brought in two locks from England - both competing with each other as to who is the worst of the two. The Sharks needs locks urgently
Loosies
Deysel is the most undisciplined player I have seen for a long time - absolutely crap. With three Crusaders in the bin - this idiot decided to go one better and get a red card. Why he was used and not Bothma heaven only would know.
Centers
The Sharks must have by far the most useless center combination in the competition. Steyn was in previous matches this year a serious embarrassment and Murray a total one. Add to that Pietersen and the disaster is clear as daylight.
Wings
Ndungane nowadays specialize in knocking in balls passed to him and Mvovo is rarely in evidence.
Plumtree must be laughing his ass off about the debacle his successors has made of the Sharks team - it is hugely embarrassing to see to what level the team has go ne down.
