In what way has Lambie managed any game? Every game Lambie plays it's his 9 that manages the game, directing play. He merely follows orders and sticks to the script. Worse then that, he is routinely outplayed by his opposite number. 

 Moz, I'm clearly on the side of "there is a problem" Meyer is responsible for the problem. I have no issue with older players in the team,  but there neefs to be a succession plan for when they get injured. That's our biggest problem. Meyer put his house on the old players and could have done more to prepare the next in lines better.
