Off-loads in tackle situations have a big impact on match results and some players have refined off-loads to a fine art - hence the number of try-assists associated with the listed players.  Players like Beale and even SB-Williams has had tacky records in other activities such as defense and even ball carries (eg line breaks and tackles beaten) - but in the main they represent top players.    
No SA players named - mainly because their extremely rare off-loads are often inaccurate and aimless, while the opposite is true of the listed players.  Often enough SA player off-loads are on the "Mog het Troffe" basis and represents just throwing back balls in the hope some teammate picks it up.   It is extremely rare that any off-loads by SA players are timed correctly, accurate enough and aimed at disorganizing the opposition defenders.        

Actually, the success of an offload is the same as a kick... the chasers, i.e., support. The range of motion in contact is limited unless you arms are completely free and you have been turned in the tackle You quite literally have to flick it back and have confidence in the deep support or inside/outside support being ready to carry on the attack. What you suggest is much like your proposal that out ball-carriers run to the support so they don't get isolated, it just doesn't make any sense. And in terms of Steyn we have a very good offloader who does it accurately and with good sense not to cause problems by throwing wild balls back.

 Unfortunately you read Steyn into what i wrote about off-loads and then come up with your normal praise song.   I did not want to take this into another Steyn discussion - but you apparently insist on it.

It is extremely rare that the above is not the case.  Because of the fact that Mozart bleated about how Steyn off-loads balls in tackle situations I studied  his off-loading during a number of matches and if he makes 1 in ten good off-loads it would be a miracle.    Most of his off-loads are in the "Mog het Troffe" category.    
I noticed that you posted two photos in Springbok colours.  Both must be pre-2009 when he was in fine form.  In recent matches he achieved very little with off-loads.   You will hate it - but De Allende is much more effective in creating space and off-loading than Steyn is.          

 Actually both are post 2010, lol! DA does not create space, he looks for it out wide and in his last game his only offload was a tragic failure, the likes of which Frans has never done (Frans has never thrown a poor offload).

I watched the off-loads made by Fransie because you constantly carry on about it.  So what was the result?   Most of the off -loads are aimless and ineffective, because  Fransie goes down too quickly without creating anything for the player receiving the ball.  Often enough Fransie's off-loads are inaccurate as well, since he throws back the ball to nobody in particular in the hope that somebody will collect the ball. 
However, even then Fransie is credited with normally one off-load or in rare cases 2 off-loads in a match, while in some matches there are zero of those.  I am sick and tired of checking stats to counter the silliness of you and Letsal about so-called imaginary facts.

 Frans has never thrown a poor offload! Your assessment of a successful offload is ridiculous, "he often goes to ground without creating anything". The offload IS the created part you plum pudding!! And as for going to ground, well that's part and parcel of taking the contact. Man you are morally bankrupt to say the least. I t hought Kamp Mikeschwitz was the lowest ebb for you, clearly I was wrong.
