Good lord, not another list! Are you an inventory clerk?
Steph at 7 is interesting, but won't work. Why? Schalk?

My humblest apologies Dave, so calm down.
But the point remains. Stephanie Du Toit Pom is not a 7.

PSDT is an awesome player, will go down as another Bok great. His best spot is lock but he is more than handy enough at 7 as he proved when he replaced and upstaged Alberts in his return test.
Alberts is a complete passenger these days, cant remember when last he made an impression.....he should never have been in the squad in the first place.
Schalk is not a 6, never has been, is better at 7 but given the squad, I'd rather have Schalk at 6, PSDT at 7 than Louw in at 6. Louw is so average.
I am a huge Kolisi fan so would be more than happy with him at 6, but he has had so little game time under clueless Meyer that it would be risky starting him.

Steph has yet to have a breakout game, unless you consider his injuries, but that's stretching the definition.

PSDT is as good as Lood is......and given he stands at 2.01m and weighs 120kg.....the chances of him being a v/d Bergh who weighed in at an insulting 105kg is zero.
PSDT has been excellent in just about every game he has played in.

That couldn't be farther from the truth. Steph has been average.

Alberts was a flop in virtually all tests and Super 15 matches he played in - anybody would be better than him as a loosie. Du Toit is heavy - Alberts being fat is as heavy.

Albert immense - sure he is - as Fat as anybody could get.
As far as rugby is concerned Alberts is a prop (?) pretending he is a loosie. This one is the worst loosie we had since 2012. I can still remember the try of Alberts in 2012. The English flyhalf tried to make a relieving kick - the ball hit another of the English players and went over the try line - Alberts was nearest to the ball when it bounced back putting every Springbok on side and Alberts (who was nowhere near the flyhalf and if it was charged down would have been off-sides) suddenly to his own surprise found him nearest to the ball and fell on it scoring a very weird try, More accidental than intentional. No great game anyway - he had his standard number of missed tackles and no real ball carries.
The French game in 2014 representede a very great game according to Mozart - missed half of hos tackles - which were very normal and had about a 10 meter ball carry when the French overthrew the ball in a line-out and got the ball by accident, The French flyhalf tackled him with ease. Fir the rest eh roduced nothing AGAIN.
