More to follow...Toulon will advance to the European Cup semifinals to meet Leinster after surviving a second half comeback from the Wasps 32-18. Toulon had most of the control of the first half, with a try from French international Mathieu Bastareaud as early as the seventh minute. The boot of another Frenchman, Frederic Michalak, kept the scoreboard ticking as the Wasps struggled to pick up any points. The second half saw a revived Wasps team come on to the field, as they looked to chase the game and make a go of it. William Helu scores in the second half, and then again just before the final whistle, to get the English side within seven points. But a late Ali Williams try eventually sunk the Wasps. It was not to be as Toulon managed to keep strong in defence and deny the Wasps what would have been a famous victory. More to follow... Man of the match: Frederic Michalak was incredibly composed and metronomic in his kicking while Steffon Armitage was busy as always. For the Wasps, William Helu's brace proved his finishing abilities, but it was the running and evasiveness of Elliot Daly that really impressed.
