I agree with JW, you have to keep on being optimistic otherwise what is the point of continuing living. I will therefore keep on supporting the Boks and encourage my children to play rugby in SA.
So let us hope that the time will come quickly when the Boks are real #1 contenders where:

1. Even with the quota system in place when we play exciting winning rugby.
   
2. Where not all black players are deemed as mere quotas. Trust me SOME of them hate the quota system (and BEE) just as much as it is harder to gain the required respect and credibility when they are included based on merit.
   
3. Where South African born players playing for other adopted countries aren't instrumental in our defeat. (Think of Grant Elliot in the cricket 2015 World cup semi-final match).
4. Where we still beat other teams even though they are loaded with South African born talent.

It is not going to be pleasant for awhile but it does not mean we must give up hope that we can have a great team again that can bring a nation together like it did in '95.

 I went to Kelinmond yet agin to visit my wifes aged aunt who is 95 years old. She ahda fall a few months ago and progress has been slow. We are her only family in South Africa.I have in fact mentioned this before.
