With Pollard nicely set to make a massive match winning drop Vermeulen charged the ball, chased it down, and in a position where most players would have been stripped, had the skill to place it way back away from the Bools fetching effort . Three brilliant contributions to one phase from my Saffa player of the weekend.

Duane was huge and it was funny the commentators trying so hard to talk up Spies.Wonder what Owen Meany thought of the game. The only problem was the lineouts where Bongi had trouble finding his man. Nothing that cant be rectified.  Is jean Kleyn better than Ruan Botha?
Strormers bad handling kept the bulle in the game.
Allende is like another loose forward. H e is very strong and even takes on props successfully.

Bongi's throwing was atrocious, and Scara's wasn't any better, allowed Spies and Hattingh to put pressure on Etzebeth and Botha
