Vorster at 13 for the Lions

Vorster reminds me of De Villiers, same frame and is pretty quick for his size as well as a illusive step.

The Apemongrel Mozart at it again.  To him he looked kinda slow - so lets see what the stats tell us about the guy and just look at the last four matches  in which the guy played at inside center for the Lions:-

Now lets combine the stats and see what we come up with:-

Any center making 5 line breaks in four Super 15 matches is top class, especially if in the process he beats 20 defenders and his tackle stats is above standard with a missed tackle ratio of 5%.   In four matches he carried the ball 33 times, but in the process made a gain of 200 meters.   
If Mozart does not like a player he comes up with all kinds of BS - and that is a fact.   He suddenly became a great admirer of Odendaal who in his last four matches made 3 line breaks beating 13 defenders with a missed tackle ratio of 13,9%.     But we all know why Mozart became an Odendaal admirer - he wanted to get a stick to beat Serfontein with.
He is a great admirer of Francois Steyn who in two years on Super 15 level made 2 line breaks and beat 8 defenders - but one never hear from him about the fact that Steyn is slow.   
How can one ever take Mozart's opinions on players as factually correct or anything near the truth?

I don't claim to have seen everything. I did see his early break against the Cheetahs though....from that position Jean, De Allende ....hell even Fury would have scored.  He looked a bit leaden footed. Hell maybe I'm wrong, it happens, but he is a long, long way from being a Springbok pick.

I agree that he's a bit slow but it isn't a drastic problem at 12, s.b.willams is no faster than him nor is Odendaal. I've seen enough of those players perform to know that. 

I'm impressed with the way Vorster has been playing. He's almost an equivalent to De Allende when he's on the ball. Lets remember it's Vorster's first Super Rugby season, he'll only get better as these matches goes on and i'm sure he'll develop into a world class centre.

The sick in the mind flop as a human being is the lowest rubbish on this Board.  He is so piss-poor in thinking that he has to revert to personal attacks whenever he is caught out about rugby matters.
