I keep general notes - in this case I will keep specific notes on Matfield and see exactly what he did .

Well you did, I am weary of reading you throw your weight around like you are God’s gift to the  rugby board. Your language and personal insults to those who dare to differing in opinion smacks of a small man with an over inflated ego. I am sure this post will meet with one of your ‘standard’ replies.

Same old stuff. One could argue for Lood vs Bakkies or Flip. But that's all based on one tackle where he held up a player with the Beast's help. And who would we have played instead of Morne and JP....would they really have made a difference....possibly a negative difference.

It's all just moaning at the coach because we dont have all the players we would like. Pathetic stuff really.

It is the same old stuff playing that showed us up badly on Saturday.  We did not look good in the second half of the first test against ales either.
As per normal you obviously missed 80% of the performances of De Jager in the second half - so you comment clearly is BS, also as per normal.
Stade Francais found out early that Morne Steyn is robotic and ineffective at flyhalf - so what makes him an international flyhalf?   As Saffex says - there is a string of better flyhalfs than him in the country at present.
Jordaan was brought into the Sharks team at 13 in 2012 after indifferent pef ormances by Pietersen  - and showed that he was better than Pietersen in that position.    Why should he not be better than Pietersen in 2014?
You still have not answered my question - most of the players you cling to like glue - flopped in 2010 and 2011.   What will make them top players in 2014?
