What was wrong with SA in the WC

The game today was scrappy and full of mistakes by especially some of the senior players.  But there were a number of issues that needs to be addressed in future.  These issues include -
*   the scrumhalf deficiency;*   too many forwards in the backline when in the opposition red zone;*   aimless and ineffective kicking;
The above are headaches that need to be solved.  Both scrumhalves used extensively - Du Preez and Pienaar ignored the flyhalfs and far too often made passes back to forwards and when not kicked the balls away aimlessly.   Pienaar was a serious flop in the games he played in and Du Preez's only difference is his kicks were slightly more effective.  
I do not know why there qare constantly too many forwards having white line fever standing around in the backline and foolish passes to them neutralized any potential dangerous backline attacks.  The main problem is that the scrumhalf had as a result not been able to even found the flyhalf to pass to.   There were two cases where the end result in thoise cases resulted in penalties to the Argentinians.   
This phenomenon is absolute crap and seems to be the way they are instructed to play.   Pienaar was crap and so was to a lessor extent Du Preez, Le Roux and Pollard.The way the kicking was done in all games were just a means to hand over ball possession to opposing teams.
In discussing after the game the panel said it is time for a change of the coaching set up.  Naas was particularly scathing about the assistant coaching stagg and said they should apply for the job - not be appointed by the Head Coach.
