What will happen next year in Springbok Rugby

When this WV tournament over the following players will not play for the Springboks in future:-

Another player not on the list above will be out is Francois Steyn
There are adequate candidates who are in many ways already better players than the players mentioned.
The new coach - or if it is Meyer - will have to replace a lot of players and that makes the future very interesting.  The candidates should be under the spotlight in the upcoming Super series.
There is no reason why the coach as from next year should not start a real squad foir the 20919 WC - unlike Meyer who did not build a squad for the current WC because of his over-reliance on reputation players.  
I feel for some members of this site whose dud idols will not be around to praise anymore.        

If a new coach takes over they are going to have a bad year. Then the fans will complain and demand someone else take over. Just as they always do, without ever realizing that what they demand is usually very bad. 
The gulf left behind by those players is extraordinary. To intimate that they will not be missed reflects a total lack of understanding of the value of our players. Just look at how hard the 2011 retirements hit us in 2012. But hey, whatever floats your coconut.

well the thing is saru and meyer digged there own hole with the selection of overseas based players. so much so that they dont have any sucession planning in place. there will be a massive void due to this rubbish planning but its a fresh start with a lot of juniors and i do feel we will be on rebuilding phase for a few years. which in the bigger picture is not a bad thing.
one thing is for sure meyer needs to go. in the 5 years he has been involved we have not done anything to be proud of. 
great time to bring in a overseas based coach. hopefully a nz coach would do the trick

HM has started building a squad ages ago. Ypu just need to open your eyes and see it. 
These are the 31 of the players who HM has capped who will still be available:

The above is a good point of advantage for any coach post RWC 2015. Be that HM or any other coach. That include 13 players who are involved in the 2015 RWC campaign. In addition there are also players from PDV era like:

And then we have planks who are determined that HM has done bugger all to build for the future.

The fact is not that I say Meyer did nothing - but there was no comprehensive squad building by him at all - it was just an occasional and short term problem solving which he did.   
But then Doffies what are you going to come up next year - would be interesting to see what you would support next year.  Still Matfield, Morne Steyn, etc.   Unless there is another Ponzi scheme that did Matfield out of his money, I think that he would stop playing at Northampshire next year.

How many new recruits have the All Blacks brought in during that same period? How many of them were complete washouts ... absolute failures??

According to Dim Fox the retirements in 2011 hit us hard in 2012.  We were hit hard in 2012 not by the retirements - more like Kirchner and Morne Steyn should have gone and the problems would have been less,  
What hit us twice as hard in 2014/15 was the retirees that Meyer brought back into the team/squad.  Those antiquities were responsible foir most of out losses during the past 15 months,  
However, the Dim Fox  idiot does not realize is that by 2014 most of the okd donkeys  were years past their sell-by dates.

1. Select a captain who has the same qualities as Jean has. Motivation, skill and team building.2. Select players on merit and build up the younger players with exposure to international level game time.3. Select assistant coaches who have experience and can adapt to the new game.
The class players are available and have gained useful experience at S15 and CC level. All we need now is someone to harness that class and experience and knit it into that winning combination that is called SPRINGBOKS.
But who knows what the SARU and the Zuma crowd have in store for us rugby fans.
