I was on Ratalin and Concerta a few times, but the side efects are to much...not worth it...not too fond of having to put any chemicals into my body...tried Lion's Mane but I can't really say that it helps...beer helps, but that also have unwanted side effects:-)...as does the CBD...
Best thing for me seems to be exercise and a strict sleeping pattern.

My persona on here and on other platforms is so different to me in person - I was reminded of this a few weeks ago attending my class of 86’s reunion.
We have a class WhatsApp group where my interactions mirror my exchanges on here but always with tongue in cheek.
I had not seen some of the boys since leaving school and after being with them for a few days one expressed his disappointment in me being the polar opposite to how I came across in the group. I’m apparently too nice and caring in the flesh
I can live with that - good luck with the wife - tell her if all else fails I’m here for her :)
