If God has always existed, then so has time/space.
Just because we conceive reality in time, does not mean that there ever was a beginning or an end.
If the Big Bang theory is true, the whole universe will eventually contract and become smaller than a grain of sand "again". If time is space, time will then either not exist, or barely exist. So there is no start or finish because the big bang will happen again with a universe that is in an eternal cycle.
