Chicago has problems...no use in denying that. Trump shone a light on those problems...to get the focus there, in order to start solving those problems.
Cape Town has Llandudno and Gugs...33km apart, but it might have been on 2 different planets for all the differences...the only way to start solving problems is by identifying them and then listing them...and then start working on a plan to solve it. The ostrich move is bound to fail.
...yet some prefer to ignore these facts...and focus on the worst case scenario ...regardless of context ...to get the better of someone... a perceived advantage to win a point that counts for nothing in the long run...we love STUPID!
