What the hell happened to the Chiefs - are they playing this weekend?
I tried everything and could not find a team anywhere. Their website, the Waikato Newspapers, Die Volksblad, The Citizen, The Cheetahs website, Rugby 365, Rugby Heaven.
Any other suggestions will be welcomed.
I have to decide on bringing Anscombe in or not. I also have to pick another loosie and was thinking of Messam, That depends whether useless Jaws is playing - the Chiefs forwards coach is moaning about his teams line out performance and useless Jaws is largely to blame for that.

i think rennie is playing judu mind games , go with Messam hes due for a big one, he was solid last week getting 32, but cheetahs play a more expansive gameplan at times, so may benef it messam. Ive benched folau, wont reveal for who tho as my opp is lurking haha, but well see how things pan out.

What about Anscombe - that is the one I am hoping to bring in. If he does the kicking at goal - Cruden is a dead loss from a fantasy perspective.

im a man down on testrugby,
i like to make early selections in order to maxamise my $$$, but no more. i brought in taylor, folau and van der walt and all three arent starting, o_O
was going to bring in moore on foxsport, but thats saved me a transfer which i think i will use to cover my outside backs.
tough week all round for most.

My problem remains - is Jaws playing or not? I have a choice of dropping either him or Higginbotham. Would prefer to replace H with Messam and then have one other spare transfer to use.
But Rennie remains an asshole = so lets leave it at that.

update
chiefs have been updated, thanks rooy,
and thats all the teams named, so good luck to everybody and their teams, :o)
chiefs bench would have to be one of the meanest benches around, every player from 16-23 is a starting player in their own right.
kind of think it would be better to have horrel at 12 and marshall at 13 instead of the other way round though, horrels kicking game is right up there and could help levitate the pressure from crudz and barlow.
mils is also a pretty good center, so he could be an option too.
rennie and smith are showing a lot of love to mills, hes getting a lot of gametime to prove his worth, gametime that others could also be getting IMO. part and parcel of the best depth game though i guess.

Sasuke, what does it help to have a strong bench if you have overrated donkeys like Cruden and has-been geriatrics like Muliaina in your starting XV?
Must say, the one Chief who has impressed me this season is your Pom import Symons! Funnily enough I supported the Chiefs for over a decade as my favourite NZ side but now that they've won 2 titles I've gone off them a bit and I find myself supporting your Hurricanes as my favourite NZ side.
I was a Chiefs supporter back in the day when they had the likes of Bruce Reihana, Roger Randle on the wings, Glen Jackson at 1st 5 and those great workhorses Deon Muir and Jonno Gibbes in the pack. Back then they were the Cheetahs of Super Rugby . . . entertaining but crap . . . now that they've had some success and won some silverware I find I'm off them a bit.

@rooy,
i wouldnt say crudz is overrated, but he is under preforming.
IMO he hasnt synergised his responsibilities as a captain and his duties as a flyhalf, but he has all the class to get that sorted, hes also due a big one.
with anscombe on the bench, and his disastrous costly goalkicking performance last weekend, ive even brought him into the uchiha clan, but he only gets one chance to shine or else he faces the chop, and not a tasty cloudy lambchop either, lolz, :oP
i have a soft spot for mils, but he hasnt reached that level yet, im guessing he hasnt quite gelled with his new teamamates and coaching structures just yet, but he will.
i trust rennie and smiths judgement in this regard, after all mills is an All Black centurion legend.
he maybe past his All Black prime, but he still has a ton to offer at spXV level.
symons has been pretty good, but messam and latimer have been the chiefs shining lights for me, those two are consistently playing with heart and soul, i credit the comeback against the bulls to messam especially who has well and truly locked up the All Blacks No6 according after his season to date.

Anscombe is starting off the bench, so ill say kicking duties goes to Cruden, hes due for a big one anyway.
