Confirmed Stormers players leaving to other clubs

 Patrick Howard (to  Northampton Saints)

Thankfully enough we have talented players who can replace them, Oli Kebble and Nizaam are good options who are the obvious alternatives to replace them next season. Notshe and Kolisi are also very good loose forwards so there's nice depth in the flanker and no8 position. 

In the last few weeks Catrakilis has changed his play style to a more open oriented player with less kicking but he hasn't been playing like that for the majority of matches which is part of the reason why the backline didn't operate how it should have. I'm grateful for what Catrakilis has done with the good moments although he's not the type of player we need. I do think Brandon Thomson is a promising fly half with a bright future who could be a good replacement after Catrakilis leaves hence why we don't need to sign a new fly half from a different club.
