Ou sharkie always was a bit tardy about appearing early in a week following on from a Saturday where the sharkies had lost! Hahahhahahahaha. Hope he is okay.

LOL !

I was at the game. It wasn't so much that the Sharks lost, but that the Sharks lost to a team that was playing so kak !

I hope the Bulls fans arent celebrating that win too much, because the Sharks were terrible. The first and only time they attacked the Bulls defense directly they scored a try. Sharks carry on like that, they could very well end last. And then I am done - no more rugby for me.

Lambie was poor, Bismark was poor, Michalak was worse, no momentum from the loose forwards.....useless....

By contrast, the Stormers were excellent. Little lapse at one stage, but overall very good. Sharks are going to get hammered this weekend. I have already accepted that. Luckily I wont be watching the game.

Sharky, it looks as though the fans were too hasty in their loathing of Smit! Kankowski was again useless. All three last halfbacks were clueless, but at least Alberts is back. Plumtree has his share of the blame too. Afterall, he has openly backed their Shuffle Ball gameplan.

Sharkie your side is a lot better than you think. Once the likes of Alberts and  Deysel are back they will boost the pack immensely. Skeate has wisely been promoted to the starting lineup. For now its a case of hanging in and making sure that at least you dont lose your home games.

Guys like Viljoen need to step up and I would certainly play McCeod before Michlak. Michalk can play flyhalf and Lambie go to center if  the center combo fails to fire, There are some options. Nothing wrong with Sharks backs.

I am expecting sharks to really step it up and it will not be easy by any stretch of the imagination.

I trust you are in good health and settling in well in the good ol USA?

You have much more faith in them than me buddy. I have got that '5 losses in a row' feeling like a couple of years back.

I have too much on my mind at the moment to be honest. Cant be bothered to get wound up over a team that looks so disinterested in playing rugby. If the Stormers bliksem them hard enough, maybe they will wake up.

Well whatever is on your mind try not to stress and get the necessary excercise which will also relieve any stress you maybe feeling.

A move to a new country is not easy but in time things slowly fall into place I hear.

Michalak was done long ago. McLeod is certainly the best hafback they have, but was no better than Michalak on the weekend. Though I would say that Lambie would be a better 12. Bosman is the Shark's best 10.

The Sharks have a thing about investing in pensioners.....why would Michalak be a better investment than McLeod? ...I'm also starting to question whether Plum is overrated.

It's much too early to write off the Sharks, on paper they have some outstanding names, Plum's job is to get them to gel, my call would be to get rid of Freddie for starters then let's see how their backs fire.

I do believe that Plum has become something of a Dick Muir; though his cause hass not been helped by Straeuli's woeful signings.
