Loved it Cloudy, never get tired of Shaun Johnson stepping, especially with 15 seconds to go to knock England out of the World Cup, hopefully there's something left in the tank for next week.  Too much.

Lying CHICKEN what makes you think you are in a position to dictate what I should or should not do........see I don't respect your views at all as you are too fucking thick.

If you had some substance about you, I'd possibly consider a reprieve........and offer you an opportunity to learn from my rugby wisdom........but you and a handful of others on here are beyond rugby redemption. Its a toss up between you and Clown Cut as to who is the worst contributor on here. You are just thick, CC is just plain ignorant.

The two of you are closely followed by Sharktwat and Vlag.....posters all worth a little scorn and no respect. But of the 4 you are the dumbest. Its impossible to take anything you say seriously, not only because you come across as poorly educated, stupid and the fact that you are a liar just seals it really.

The is nothing worse than a stupid liar

Has anyone found a creative new use for the under-rated and under utilized semi-colon ? Hmmmm....."semi -colon " sounds a bit half assed to me !

Haven't yet seen Boy, hard to get a version playable in USA.  However I think A USA DVD compatible is in the works so will check Amazon. From reading the review reminds of a place right up north Te Hapua a small rural predominantly Maori community where I use to go for vacation as a  youngster,  all about the bush, horse riding, swimming, a boil ups etc, etc. Of course was incomplete without rugby ball in hand.

Given Tokkie’s claim that I drove Dave off this site, oft repeated, I thought I should place this hilarious thread in evidence. The quick take? It wasn’t me! . Forgive the exclamation mark.

about the AB side we last played lacking key players.......bull[removed]......the only player they were really missing was Retallick.......for the rest, the current players are better.

As good as old man Smith is at 15, McKenzie is better. Ioane and Milner Skuder are far far better than Dagg
Franks is no longer the best tighthead in NZ, the youngsters are adding better value
We should have beaten NZ......we created 3 tries they only created 1......a charge down and intercept are soft touches

Dave found something else that was more compelling to spend his time on....when selection time comes around he will likely be back. As Tennyson wrote in The Brook: . And draw them all along, and flow To join the brimming river, For men may come and men may go, But I go on for ever. . We only occupy the stage for a while, but the beat goes on.

A delightful poem........the Brook, why not, replies: . I come from haunts of coot and hern. . I make a sudden sally, . And sparkle out among the fern, . To bicker down a valley. . By thirty hills I hurry down, . Or slip between the ridges, . By twenty thorps, a little town, . And half a hundred bridges. . Till last by Philip’s farm I flow. . To join the brimming river, . For men may come and men may go, . But I go on for ever. . I chatter over stony ways, . In little sharps and trebles, . I bubble into eddying bays, . I babble on the pebbles. . With many a curve my banks I fret. . By many a field and fallow, . And many a fairy foreland set. . With willow-weed and mallow. . I chatter, chatter, as I flow. . To join the brimming river, . For men may come and men may go, . But I go on for ever. ........ There are many examples of onomatopoeia in English poetry....words that imitate sounds. In this poem it seems the the rythm of of the poem perfectly imitates the rythm of the burgeoning river. . Hope you like it.

’Saffex!, you seem to be under the impression that if two people have an enjoyable drink together that it means they're never allowed to disagree or criticise one another ever again’ ....from higher in the thread. Apparently one enjoyable drink was not enough.....now if two or three were on offer, that might suffice. Still once again Urinal is into the booze, his whole life revolves around the pop. . Also note the oh so cute exclamation mark after Saffex. Is this guy a total prick or what?

Poems! Well, thank goodness Moffie is quoting rather than attempting to write one himself. There's still a part of me cringing from the last time he gave us an original!

Here's mine . . . I call it The Colours Of Moffie . . .

Moffie’s face has many shades

It’s usually red but sometimes fades

Into a sort of murky yellow

For every time the pompous fellow

Talks or tries to state his case

He gets egg all over his fat face.

Because he never has a clue

His face can go a purple hue

Whenever he has lost the plot

Which sadly happens quite a lot.

Expose his lies and he’ll go white

As if he’s had a dreadful fright.

He surrounds himself with Servile Gimps

Who are really just a bunch of shrimps

That try to change their Master’s colour

From bright red to something duller

And so they kiss his wrinkled arse

And show their woeful lack of class.

Moffie's face takes on another sheen

It's also known to go quite green

Especially when Rooinek's around

And Moffie's temples start to pound

The sad old git knows he's a loser

So tries to make out Rooinek's a boozer.

I can’t help you with your invitation, but I can help you with your spelling....barbecue is the right spelling.....’barbeque a phonetic botching of the original Spanish ‘barbacoa’. .. ‘In today’s English, barbecue is the usual spelling of the word with several senses related to the cooking of food over open fire. It’s the spelling that tends to appear in edited writing, and it’s the one that dictionaries note first, for what that’s worth (and some don’t note any other spellings). Barbeque is a secondary spelling that appears especially often in the names of restaurants and products. It has steadily gained ground over the last few decades, but it is still far less common than barbecue overall. The word has been spelled several ways since coming to English from the Spanish barbacoa in the 18th century (its earlier origins are fuzzy, though the conventional wisdom is that the Spanish adapted it from a term used among Caribbean natives).1 In the OED’s historical examples there are barbecu, barbacue, barbicu, and babracot,2 and today there are several abbreviated forms, including bar-b-q and just BBQ. Despite the many forms, barbecue gained clear ascendancy in the late 19th century, and it has gone unchallenged ever since.’ ..... . Always glad to help with spelling.
