Bwahahahaha! Good one Mike! There is a chance tha t Morne may get into the squad, but he will definitely be behind Pollard in the pecking order, and probably Lambie as well.

 I've never rated M. Steyn as a good flyhalf and never liked his style, very unidimensional and predictable, but he can be IMO very useful for the RWC boks squad.
His experience and his boot can be crucial in the knock-out matches. The boks' backline is going to lack experience, a fundamental quality in the WCs. The only player with trully experience is going to be Habana (leRoux with 25 caps is the second more experienced if JdV doesn't recovers in time) so another experienced player alongside him can be very helpful for the last minutes.
I would play with Pollard at 10 and Steyn from the bench for the last 10-15 minutes. And if Pollard gets injured I would play with Lambie at 10 keeping Steyn on the bench.

According to reports he's doing quite well in France, unlike the other option at 10 Goosen who's been accused of lack of professionalism.

Good logic ABasq. I think it is unanimous that Pollard should start, but if he got injured or was having an off day, and we were in a close knockout game with 10 minutes to go, I for one would not be filled with confidence if Jantjes or Lambie had to close out the match.

Lambie closed out the Ellis Park test - did he not?  If there is one player I would not trust it is Morne.  If you saw what he did in the closing minutes in the Argentina tests last year and in the Perth test - relying on Morne is the nearest thing to taking a dose of cyanide and hope you will survive..      

 My heart would sink slightly if Morne is selected. Not because I think he's awful or would kill the Boks chance of winning the world cup. It just means we would be playing a very conservative game plan when I think we can carry more threat with other players. 
If I were picking 3 Fly halves. 
1. Pollard2. Jantjies3. Probably Lambie but he wasn't playing brilliantly before his injury.  

My nightmare would be Jantjies at flyhalf in the WC. No BGC (Big Game Cohones). He would crack like a coconut. Pollard, Lambie, Steyn all before him..... and to be quite honest, in the WC environment and game type probably even Catrakilis ahead of him. That Greek has grit.
