..Had him in my fantasy team from the start after a massive Currie Cup performance ...but for some reason he has only started to fire in the last half of the Super Rugby competition and scoring heaps of fantasy points...a massive swing in form for some reason...bizarre...same with the Warratahs winger Taqele Naiyaravoro, disappointing first half of the season and not meeting expectations...it's like someone has flicked a switch and they're the energizer bunnies personified...

The problem is that in the first 3 matches for some reason or other the Lions team did not play well and they lost all those matches. That was when Kriel did not perform as well.
However since then Kriel was regularly on fire and that made a huge difference to his performance as a fantasy selection.
Overall - he has probably together with Poc ock been the best openside flank in the tournament thus far.

...the fantasy comp I'm playng UDT, he's ranked about sixth behind Higgingottom, Shields, Prinsloo, Todd, A Savea... and Pockock ranks 13th ...but in Superbru Kriel is leading points scorer so all depends on what criteria they use to allocate points...
.. in Superbru Pockock is ranked 25th lol...he is inconsistent so I dropped him for a Higgenbottom ,Ioane , Savea, Kriel backrow combo...
