Juan saved the game for the Stormers by powerfully ripping the ball out of the Lions hands under his own posts after the buzzer.....great heads up defence.

JJ who gave us a reprise of Barrett running over him a few games ago when Speith monstered the wee lad.....did the same thing again. This time, with time almost up he reprises his half time, match losing cough up against the ABs from the same game. Instead of running to his support he wanders away to the touchline, slips on his guava and gets turned. Game over.

Yes I know, I don't get it, he's young, he's got a head on his shoulders, certainly not the quickest but he has a nice step and swerve to boot.

de Jongh did nothing, the pass was a wobbly effort to Leyds big deal....as for ripping the ball, that is hardly the measure of a 13.....all I saw was him being dominated in contact, spilling the ball once when he went into contact.

Vorster made two great breaks, he was far, far better than average de Jongh.....it was not even close  

It was a perfect pass and who cares if the rip was the job of a 13, it saved the match. Vorster missed a quarter of his tackles and frankly was invisible until that late break after the hooter when he beat the shell shocked Coleman.

Useless de Jongh made all of 18m - worst of all the SA 13's on the weekend, made 1 clean break and beat ZERO defenders again the worst of all the SA 13's. de Jongh won the tackling stats with 10 made 0 missed, but was crap with ball in hand conceding 2 turnovers.

JJ gained 23m and beat 2 defenders. Tackles 7/2

Vorster, the real deal gained 53m, made 3 clean breaks and beat 5 defenders - hellooooooo. Tackles 6/2

Frans Venter gained 54m made 2 clean breaks, beat 3 defenders 12/1 tackles

de Jongh as the stats confirm was the worst of the SA 13's for he is just that. He is average......little guy making no impression in a big mans game at 13

He was not worth 14 points at all.....his stats were the worst by some distance with ball in hand as he is crap......JJ and Vorster missed all of 2 tackles big bloody deal.

NO coach would select average de Jongh over JJ, Vorster or Venter based on both their displays and the stats that back up the performances.

Rubbish, he was the worst of the 13's on display and that's a fact.......he was not worth 14 points at all......throwing an easy pass does not constitute 7 points to him and nor does stealing a ball.

Judge him on his overall performance which was bog ordinary when compared to the other 13's who actually gained meaningful metres, beat defenders and made clean breaks......something you would expect from a 13, especially one playing for a side placed high up on the table and playing outside the best centre in the whole comp in de Allende.....de Jongh is out of his depth......an average player who would be far better if it was a small man's game

Ah Adi Jacobs. Well here's the comparison you should focus on Sapp:

Jacobs 34 tests....7 tries

Your man Wynand.....38 tests......1 try.

Adi was a competent test centre. Not a Bok stand out.....but he defended the outside break well, and ran superbly off Jean's shoulder. He had the best centre stats in the 2008 TN and sco red some really good test tries.

Wynand? Well he had one try in 38 tests! But at least he holds one record .....the lowest all time strike rate for a Bok centre who has played at least 10 tests. And there is no risk his record will ever be broken....it's unfathomably bad.

Adi Jacobs was utterly useless and an insult to the Bok jersey.......he was not close to test standard.

At least he got to play in his position at 13, unlike Olivier who played most of his tests as a sub, on the wing or at 13.......big difference

Olivier was twice the centre useless Jacobs was......there was a reason everyone called him revolving door
