Clevermike: I don't believe so.
I think Weepu is still really good but does not have the fast crisp pass & does not move around the park as fast as needed sometimes (certainly this is the case at the AB level). So as I said above they need to gradually bring in Hall so he gets  more game time. Hall can & probably is learning from Weepu.

 JW ou saSUE loves to babble away and his appeal to simple logic should be applied first to really appalling refs like wee bryce lawrence.What happened to the blues is standard fare in nz re saffa sidesand has cost us countless matches.
I hope the SA refs are as bad as the nz refs in future. Evens things up a bit. However we still have to deal with bent Oz refs.  Crook em out saffa refs two can play th is game.
Just watch the squeals when that happens.

So I believe you are speaking from the SA experience of rugby when you say things may get worse. The part that has yet to be proven in your statement is "before they get better". As SA rugby is still getting worse I am not sure you have the evidence to support this statement,
