To our NZ and Aus posters, I assume the nerves are building up just as ours are over here! All three of our teams should win comfortably, but in World Cup knockout matches, there are no guarantees!

Anyway, good luck to all of you, and whatever happens, long may the South reign!!!

I always support SH teams.   When at Murrayfield watching a test years ago - there was a sea of green jerseys around - also in the massive beer tent.  South Africans has a habit to make remarks in Afri k aans when overseas - so I spoke to one of the great SA supporters and he responded - Sorry mate I do not understand the language - I am from Australia.
Any betters out there - My friend Johnny Rey phoned me to tell me his horse - My Destiny -  is going to win the First Race at Durbanville today.   Take a treble with that one winning the race and the Springboks and Wallabies winning - you will get 15/10 odds.   If you coupled the race horse to the Springboks winning by less than 12 points and the Ausies  winning by more than  13 points - the odds will increase to 6/1.
Problem is if you predict the Springboks to win by more than 12 points the odds will be 5,5/1.  I am going to put R100 on each of the three trebles and would be smiling afterwards.
So the punters in general feel that the winning margin of the Springboks would be bigger than 13 points.
