Pitersen injured - Hendricks replaces him - Lionel Mapoe on the bench

Pietersen injured his hamstring in training and the changes mentioned above has been made.   This is no loss to the team - Pietersen was pathetic in Super 15 this year and in the World 15 game as well as last week in Brisbane.  He is pace-deficient and lazy in all games.  
Hendricks is no better - he has lots of pace - but is totally useless as a defender.
Lionel Mapoe played for the Lions on both wing and center.  He showed touches of class in some games - but he may not be up to international standard.  He is physically small and may also be a defense problem.        

 No Combrink or Van Wyk. I would love to know what is behind all this. 
Hendricks should be better on defence as he is 90kg. Hendricks is not test standard.....he can't tackle....poor selection......Senatla should have been the choice or Sithole or Combrink.

 Seabelo could be a little heavier.
I would go for Combrinck, then Van wyk.   Van Wyk was very impressive before injury and was called up into the Bok squad. Ou Alistair though kept leyds playing even when van Wyk returned. Another silly pick with severe quota connotations.

 According to Meyer JP  has been in fine form!

Van Wyk can also play center

 Sanatla's weight is wrong.  He is in the 80's at least or must have some polystyrene bone structure. 

Draad can you fi nd another weight for Senatla?

I would love to see Ruan  Combrinck given an opportunity, but that aint gonna happen.I'm just happy that JP is injured, and hopefully for a long time to come, because if there was ever a passenger,  it's him.Useless Hendricks will be there to pick up the pieces.
